I'am a Padre Fan not a Red Sox Fan or a Dodger Fan but Manny Who  looks live if you can forgive his last race. He was claimed last time out. Pressure gets the short straw and the outside post. He has speed and Solis will send this dude! Sadler Power looms large in this spot. Cove Star is a interesting live horse here. Cove Star looks live and I will use with Pressure.


7TH
A wide open race so I will spread out this ticket. Plum Creek might be the one to fear.He is a stone cold closer so he needs racing luck to get by traffic down the lane. Gospel Lesson has gas so he must be sent from the outside post position today. I will use this dude. Crisp might be the speed coupled with the fact that this race is void of any pure speed types except maybe Crisp who was claimed and takes a step up in class. His pedigree suggest that he will like the distance. He will be over-looked.


8TH
I will use Hollywood Left . He has tactical seep and won despite having a ton of trouble. Congor Bay I knew when he was a three year old at Santa Anita. If fit he can surely win this modest field of turf sprinters. Retiretowhat claimed for 40K his last race. I expect he might out-run his double digit odds. Astonofun a must use with his pure speed.


9TH
Dramon the likely favorite is a must use. Adaro draws a good post position with tactical speed a well. A must use. I will use the first time starter Starship Warlock........ looks like a runner to me.

Race 1

Felony stretching out to a mile looks to be the early speed in a race void of any rabbits. Warren's Hopeful looks to sit off the pace or can press the early pace with Felony. Mo Betta drops in class to face this modest group of maidens. Tia Tia faced open straight maiden weight company in her debut. She should relish this modest field.

Race 2
A paceless race with Jack O' Lantern stretching and taking the blinkers off for Hess Jr. I'am not thrilled with this race. Royal Mango with Just Heat and Jack O' Lantern are the horses to play. Island Sunset had to need his last race. He pulled around the jockey on the backstretch. You might get some value in betting him in the place pool.

Race 3

Bellingham ran a big race in debut for this 5 year old. The same can be said for Britt's Brother. He switches to the turf for Eric Guillot and Martin Garcia. Take A Yard comeback race was respectable and tab the jockey switch to P-Val. Celtic Charmer looks like the horse to beat after two good seconds last spring at Hollywood. He makes his statement today down the hill. A interesting live first time starter is the horse I like in this spot for Richard Mandella. He can fire first time out with Rock Hard Ten colt Mr. Make Believe.

Race 4
It looks like Easy On The Eye who seeking his third straight win will battle it out with Candy For Paseana and Nitro Active. These are the top contenders. The race sets up for maybe Troublethreetimes to pick up the pieces if the contenders melt-down at the top of the stretch. The race looks like a speed dual with all the horses I have mention above except Troubletimesthree who is long overdue for a win. Egypt has run races that puts this dude late as a closer........ A head case for sure but any horse at this level can run a big performance.


Race 5

Lukimbi ran a huge race in his comeback afte two years off. El Scorpio is the speed.  P-Val will try to steal this wide open race on the front-end. Scorpio must deal with Brandum's speed on the rail. Martin Garcia might send him early so he will not get shuffled back as he did his last race. Position A with Gryder "Welcome Back" has tactical speed to get early position and close if the rabbits falter down the lane. Magnificent Blend is a pro who can be sent early or sit off the pace. Beware of this dude! A wide open affair and a great betting race for the bettors.

Race 6

A contentious Cal-Bred route race for maidens. Bila Shaka looks to be the speed with Warren's Peacock. Tribal Charm stretching out in distance might be the fastest of the lot. He ran a respectable debut having to shuffled back the came on again almost getting second. Any slight improvment will put him over the top. The same can be said of Preshow who is stretching out in distance for trainer John Shirreffs and Joe " I'am Hot" takes the call.

Race 7

This race is wide open. Period! I like the way Miss Addy Kiss won in a restricted $12.5 claiming race. She steps up in class but this group of runners appears to be a modest field. She has a shot to win at double digit odds. Streamline Baby is another interesting live longshot for Vienna and Blanc from off the pace. David Flores goes to Dan Hendrick's horse Fridget Bridget who is a lightly race filly who exits a highly regarded maiden win with Screaming Regal. I like this filly. She is a player to win but I might be siding with my other top contenders I mentioned in my discussion above. Church Avenue a sprinter stretching out with Jax El will be well backed by the public. Melbasha had to need her last race and can improve with the cozy rail position. Rosario climbs off but P-Val climbs on.
She'sfitforaking is a contender on turf or dirt. I will use in Pick 3/4.

Race 8

At a shorter distance Aqua Fever looks to take this field as far as he can go. The horse to beat! Fine And Rare gets the gate jockey Martin Pedroza coupled with the fact that he has gas from the start. Preferred Mandate adds fuel to the fire with his speed in this race. Depth should improve with a clean break. Beware of the first time starter by Candy Ride Free From My Ex look at that workout on March 1st....... that is fast!.......
