 Friday I made two bets.... I bet $20 on Victorian Prince at 80 to 1 to place and show. He returned ROI $660.00 added to the bank and minus the late pick three and it all adds up to $1,098.

 This is a wide open race which I expect will be moved to the main track. If moved to dirt then: I heard it is snowing near the Foothills!

Race 5

The pace scenario looks fast with a number of rabbits jumping to the lead. Really Uptown and Espirito Santo might hook up at the quarter pole. A fast pace sets up for a horse coming off the pace. Bertran Hill with Time For Atonement and Via Verde look to come off the pace. Via Verde might set right off the pace then close when the speed melts down. This race is wide open like most of todays card. Good betting race!

      Nice Move is a threat if he takes to the dirt!


 Race 6

Red Sharp Humor has the edge over these because of his racing experience. Baffert is deadly with his second time starters! But having said this I like Patrick horse Balladry who should love the cosy post postion and he can flat out close at this distance!  He is spotted for a smasher! Great odds at 6 to 1 morning line!

The class of this race is of course Evening Jewel as a multiple graded stake winner. I expect this might come off the turf.

If the race is on the turf then Mr. Commons looked awesome breaking his maiden on turf. If left on the main track then I like Wegner and Chiloquin.
