Race 1           One Mile Sixteenth Maiden 25k

A weak field with slow factions on the front end starts this maiden route race. Long Legged Lovely tries this distance for the first time. She is bred for this distance and has shown gas hitting the tote board in four of her last five races. She will be a filly with short betting odds. Rafael sticks with this Marty Jones filly. Warren's Matchmaker number 15 just might be her magic number tonight. She will be flying late at this distance and she can get her diploma with this suspect field of runners. Warren's Rose raced five days ago in a sprint race. She just might show early speed at this distance. She can win this! Dancing Jo has shown nothing in her first two races but she has raced with better couplied with the fact that she has excellent pedigree for Abrams.


Race 2           Six Half Claimer 10K
 Argenta is spotted for action after finishing second in  a highly regarded 8K dollar claimer. Spanish Ice won at the bullring and now is dropping for the money run. I like Stroppy if she runs back to her form in Del Mar! Church Avenue fits with these dropping out of a Calbred allowance race.

.Race 3           One Mile Fourth Turf Allowance

I pick Where's The Remote in his last race to hit the board at great odds. He did not get to the winner Champ Pegsus but did get second. He shortens up tonight and drops in class to face easier company then the Grade 1 Hirsch. Falcon Rock might be nearer to the pace this race and looms large as a contender! The rabbit is Gothic Samurai and says to this field come catch me if you can...... He will try to wire the group.

Race 4           One Mile Sixteenth Claimer 12K

The pace scenario lacks any fast factions on the front end. Mystery Bird might try to steal this race. She can wire this field. Misinjennuous is facing a level that she has never faced before. She loves the track after winning her maiden on the cushion track. The favorite in this non winners of two for a price tag of 12K is Warren's Highroller. Her last race was against tougher and she hung like a cheap suit. Tonight she might just hang around longer and win this. Atta Girl gets weight off and in this suspect field at the very least she is fit and in form.




Race 5           Six Furlongs Turf Maiden Special Weight

A competitive race on turf.........a good betting race. The horse that is fit is Zohrah who is shortening up back to a sprint. She can sit, wait and reel them in at the wire! All the other horses are coming off a lay off or are first time starters. Nefarious ran with Grade 3 winner Tanda..........she finish a respectable third in her debut. She looks ready to rock and roll. The wheels came off a Hot Affair when she ran a great race in her debut. Her trainer is firing winners at this meet. Beware of Hot Affair. Elegant just runs good races in which she has hit the board in all of her four starts during the fall and winter meet........ She has gas and looks live for her come back tonight!
 

Race 6           Five Half Maiden 40K

The pace scenario looks like Love Five Plus Two and Swiss G's will have a contested lead at the quarter and half mile pole. It looks like Swiss G''s is the true speed here! If the speed melts down then Call Me Later will reel in the rabbits at the wire. As for first time starters I love the breeding on Brother Ernie...... great pedigree with only modest works holds me back in betting this one. One Day Late has great workouts by Mr. Prospector......... looks like a runner!



Race 7           One Mile Eighth Turf Optional Claimer

A somewhat weak field for this turf route....... I like the only speed horse in this race.........Oak Kye Why who might just be on the front end and slow down the early factions and hang tough near the wire to win this. Dynamic Range will sit then wait and fly by at the wire to win this race. California's Solider with JR in the irons might be better then what he looks like on paper! A interesting live long shot is P-Val horse........ trained by Janet Armstrong Big Shot Syd who has a big to to win this!


Race 8           Seven Furlongs Maiden 25K

Secret Jackpot ran a winning race at the bullring in almost getting to the winner K. K's Bro.  He looms large and is spotted for action tonight as the logical choice. The scary dropper is Criminal Intention
by Jeff Mullins who has another horse a first time starter that you might look at during the pre -race warm up!  I have pick Kim's Leading Man to hit the board and have been disappointed........ if he can get his act together he fits on pace and with late closing speed........ maybe tonight is his night! The first time starter that I like with great work outs is the other Jeff Mullins entry Coffee Gossip. The Pulpit son Mysterious Mesa fits on speed number and will be nearer to the pace this race. He is dropping and check out last work outs. Mysterious Mesa is trained by AC and Victor takes the call. A interesting closer........ Mesa is!
