Sunday's Starting Bank $1,295.00 Profit....... Today I was pulled away from my blog so sorry about the short response in my writing up the races today. Good Luck Readers and make some money! I will be back Wednesday for a more detail look at the races at Oak Tree!
Race 1 One Mile Sixteenth Claimer 12K
Non winners of two enters this race with little speed except Cat Brando who should be on the lead. Three closers will try to reel in the Cat.......... ManofGold fits the condition to a tee. He won closing on older restricted claimers his last race. A Contender! Milty Way has been freshen up and will be flying late. The horse that I have followed at won with good odds is Sky'squickscore. He looks off form but he broke his maiden at Hollywood and has run his best races on this surface.
1. Cat Brando 2. Milty Way 3. Manofgold
Sky'squickscore! add in pick three!
Pick Three -$42
Race 2 Six Furlongs Maiden 25K
A weak and pace less bottom feeder race with Five A Day making the lead after being sidelined since Christmas. He looks spotted for action and might be the horse to beat if he is fit..... which is my concern. Look out for Dan Hendrick first time starter who sent out the bomb yesterday in Race 6. He sends out Logical Habit....... in this race. The same trainer and jockey combo as yesterdays bomb. Beware! Gifted Student trained by Eddie Truman ran a big race at Fairplex getting second at four furlongs for the claiming price of 32k dollars. He drops this one for the money run.... a player! Gotham Junior is a first time starter and has decent works in the morning time...... Tab the tote board for any early money....... A long shot that has back class...... hard to type this statement in this race is the seven year old Benny's Benchmark......... even he has a shot to win this....... Nothing would surprise me!
Race 3 One Mile Sixteenth Claimer 16K
I like Sweetsouthernqueen trained by Mike Mitchell...... looks better then what appears to look on paper! Miss Seamless looks to be the speed of this race as they will have to catch her! Malusita is the scary horse on the win end........She loves the distance......... Saint Cindy fits with pace and speed numbers.... A Major Contender.
1. Sweetsouthernqueen 2. Miss Seamless 3. Malusita
Race 4 Six Furlongs Maiden 25K
Wild Hombre is the logical winner. If he improves and does not regress then he looks strong. Oly's Offspring is no throw out. He exits a live key maiden race and will be flying late. Big Bad Boo drops big time and has never raced this low. As for first time starters Rodney bred for speed and bred to win early looks and acts with his morning drills live first time out..... Ready to rock and roll! Obsess has gas and has P-Val placing him on the lead or near the lead..... A Player!
1. Rodney 2. Big Bad Boo 3. Obsess
Pick Three -10
Race 5 One Mile Turf Allowance
I like Lucky Rave to win this race. Period!
1. Lucky Rave.
Race 6 Six Furlongs Claimer 12K
1. Butch Marino 2. No Saint But Sweet 3. Fair Chase
50 cent Pick Four 6 with 3,4,5,7,8 with 3,4,6,7 with 1
$20 Across the board on Butch Marino
Race 7 Six Half Furlongs Maiden Special
1. Bathing Beauty 2. Don't Tell Me That 3. Teddy's Promise
.Race 8 One Mile Turf Stakes Grade 3
1. Antares World 2. Crisis Of Spirit 3. Berg Bahn
