OPENING DAY OF THE LOS ALAMITOS THOROUGHBRED SUMMER FESTIVAL IS SET FOR THURSDAY, JULY 2 - FIRST POST 2:15 PM (PST) 

 Meet will be highlighted by the running of the Grade II Los Alamitos Derby on Saturday, July 4. The field is expected to include the rising star Kentuckian, stakes winner Gimme Da Lute, and the talented Prospect Park.
