Start a the early 50 cent Pick Four starting in race three. The Tickets looks like this :   

 Miss Marti Gras with Alma D'Oro with the middle leg I will use Uncle Brent, Southern Dude, Free Entry with Baffert's horse Fast Bullet and Steve Asmussen horse Wine Police...... the third leg I will use the favorite Secret Circle and the filly with Holdin Bullets... The final leg I will use 4,10,12,14. The ticket looks like this:

RACE 5     SENTIENT JET BREEDERS' CUP
                                JUVENILE SPRINT

The Juvenile sprint has a field of only eight guys and one girl. The pace looks fast and quick.....Secret Circle should get the perfect trip stalking the speed....... He is no secret today with short odds. Seeker with Holdin Bullets will press the pace. Blacky The Bull should stalk the fast pace with Secret Circle. A fast pace might help the filly from Europe Shumoos. She won a stakes race two back in a all weather track.

Bettors will most likely single Secret Circle in the pick six. I like both Holdin Bullets and Shumoos too!

Elusive Kate, a winner of four straight races in Europe including a Group 1 race at Longchamp looks to be the filly to fear. Somali Lemonade a winner in her two starts has a perfect style to close but needs help because of her post and last to first racing style. Stopshoppingmaria a fast dirt sprinter trained by Todd Pletcher is a daughter of More Then Ready. She is bred for the turf and can step up to make her a contender here. She does have a triple digit Beyer number that this field does not have.....so....

RACE 7   SENTIENT JET BREEDERS' CUP
                   FILLIES AND MARES SPRINT

The 50 cent Pick Four starts in this classic race.

Turbulent Descent is facing older horses today. A Florida bred who has six wins and two seconds from 8 starts...... as a three year old. Moreover, she is 3 for 3 at this distance. My concern is the three month lay-off but it was by design. I do like her October morning works preparing her for this race. Switch might be more race ready with a sprint race under her belt.

 Switch the second choice has been running with the best stars like Zenyatta, Blind Luck and Havre de Grace last year. She is the 2010 Filly and Mare Sprint runner up..... beware! She had a sprint race under her belt in her last start. She should be tighter and more on the muscle at this distance.

 Another three year old filly that needs to step up is Pomeroys Pistol.....another Florida bred. She beat older fillies and mares in her last race in the Gallant Bloom a Grade 1 race at Belmont Park.

Tanda is on the upswing a filly that I have always liked. She returns to the dirt which she runs better on then the turf. She should love the surface and the distance.

The pace looks fast and quick on the front end with Golden Mystery pressing the pace. Behind this will be Irish Gypsy and Tar Heel Mom........  both Switch and Turbulent Descent should get a stalking trip turning for home.....on paper this is the scenario.......but rarely happens on the track.... I expect Golden Mystery to outrun her odds ....beware! Musical Romance gets back to the dirt where she runs game on.....do not sell short...

The Juvenile fillies has a solid field of contenders here. My Miss Aurelia is seeking fourth straight win....She will be pressing the pace. Grace Hall undefeated join Weemissfrankie and Oak Left runner up Candrea in this wide open Grey Goose Cup.


 Questing's all three starts were impressive......Her pedigree suggest that she will relish the dirt and of course the distance.......do not throw out her as a contender. I think Northern Passion should love a fast quick pace so she can close turning for home.....Beware as she looks very live. Putthebabiesdown should step forward with her last race....any improvement makes her a double digit longshot with a shot.

The Europeans looks to be the class of this field. Nahrain with Announce and of course Stacelita with Misty For Me. Do not sell short both Cambina and Harmonious........

Cambina has a awesome turn of foot at any distance. She made up five lengths in the Yellow Ribbons getting beat by only two lengths.... 30 to 1 seems high

Harmonious a talented good looking classy daughter of Dynaformer had a off year......but has been flying home improving this year.......if she can settle early then she can show these Euro's what racing is all about...... I like her last morning work preparing for this race. And 30 to 1 seems very high....

Dubawi Heights should not be over-looked as Rosario rides her.

RACE 10   BREEDERS' CUP LADIES CLASSIC


Filly Friday has both It's Tricky who won the Acorn..the Coaching Club and the American Oaks........Plum Pretty...won the Kentucky Oaks and the Cotillion.....was very impressive in her last start.  Royal Delta won the Alabama......she should get a fast pace to put her closing kick turning for home.

 Miss Match ran with the boys....remember she beat Switch when Switch was the red hot horse. Do not just ignore her with Gomez riding her.



Pachattack has some of the best Beyers in the field. Any improvment puts her in the mix........ fun race here for the bettors. Royal Delta with Plum Pretty the most likely betting favorites.
