Thursday Del Mar
RACE 1
Take Stayclassysandiego who exits the Landaluce Stakes at the Wood.
1. Stayclassysandiego
2. Real Dream
3. Evenlyn's Dancer
RACE 2
Granite Girl switches to the poly-track cutting back in distance.
A value bet in this spot.
1. Granite Girl
RACE 3
A weak route race for maidens:
1. Roman Chic
2. Woodman Lass
3. Zees Chris
RACE 4
A five furlong turf race with a ton of speed signed up for this one. Danzig Tribal has trained fast for Craig Lewis. He looks to fire fresh with two turf races under his belt. Swiss Tart is no throw-out after almost beating Bench Points in the I'm Smoking Stakes race at Del Mar. He is fresh with tactical speed and does have turf pedigree. He can press the pace if need be. A good value bet in this spot.
1. Swiss Tart
2. Arresting Officer
3. Danzig Tribal
RACE 5
A tough cast of salty characters on the main track. The speed seems to be El Scorpio....speed and deep closers seems to faded at this track. Aliza's Dream runs better on poly then turf. He should sit right off the speed on the inside post with El Scorpio. Via Verde goes first off the claim for Sadler. Rosario looks due for more wins this week. Blinker come off of Cape Truth who has been training excellent with long furlong works.
1. Cape Truth
2. Aliza's Dream
3. Via Verde
RACE 6
La Sombre has been mentioned by the clockers.... looks spotted to get diploma today.
1. La Sombre.....should do fly by
2. Tribal Charm....check out works
RACE 7
The feature race is 70 G OC/N2X which includes the following line-up. A one mile turf race for fillies and mares.
1. All Star Heart
2. Tenacious Tina....
3. Madera Castana
RACE 8
Stoney Fleece looks like he has been traing solid with a win early pedigree....... Nice value bet with a deadly trainer and jockey duo. He like this poly track in the morning.
1. Stoney Fleece
