SATURDAY AT HOLLYWOOD

                        HOLLYWOOD PARK

RACE 1

A low level claimer routing on turf at one mile. Cahill Country goes two turns for trainer Hector Palma who claimed him in his last race. He warrants respect at this level. Gab Power the likely favorite at post time finished third in a state bred allowance race last time out. Joel Rosario re-rides. Beware~ Dontmesroundwitjim exits the same race as Gab Power. He should be able to get a good trip right behind the pace leaders. Mark The Bench adds speed to this race. He drops big time to colllect. He looks spotted for action. I like this one at double digit odds.

              1.  Mark The Bench
              2.   Gab Power

RACE 2

The pace looks to be Miss Addy Kiss on the front-end with a race void of any real speed. She shortens up in distance to six panels. Come Catch her. Park Time Luck will be the favorite I expect at post time. She double drops for Jack Carava. Small But Mighty drops in class. She wins on this cushion track. A big plus in this spot. The X factor is Afleet Sara coming back from a extended long lay-off. Check out her works.... Blinkers go on for this cagey trainers with the rider Patrick makes her a very interesting live double digit longshot.

                 1.   Afleet Sara
                 2.   Small But Mighty
                 3.   Miss Addy Kiss
                 4.   Park Time Luck

RACE 3

A talented group sprinting six panels on the turf for maiden special weight company.

1. Fordham Road.....excellent turf pedigree... a brother to Neko Bay. Moss owns and Shireffs trains and Bejarano rides..... excellent connections.... Plus very solid work-out tab..  He must clear from the rail is a concern.

1A. Loro......last time we saw this guy he ran with Koolnquick at this very track. He ran a respectable race and has been off since. He fits from off the pace.

2. Kingpin Ryno...... His first race  was on the turf where he ran a winning race.  He warrants big time respect here............should love the surface again.

3. American Blend......A first time starter for Carla Gaines. He looks very live....Kin to Tiz A Blend...

4. Valen............first race was not much but the pedigree suggest he might step up here by Storm Cat

5. Eric The Ram.....maybe the 11th time is the trick. He will stalk the pace..... minor award if any.

6. Britt's Brother..... I love the switch to turf..... beware!

7. Nonfundable.......is stepping up in class....I like the trainers move here..... A Player

8. Auspicious Star...... A.P. Indy by Malibu Moon... do not take this first time starter lightly...

               1. Fordham Road
               2. American Blend
               3. Britt's Brother/  Kingpin Ryno

RACE 4

Lease Of Life will be send like last time. This time Kingsville might have a say in the early speed. Mr. Saturdaynight will press the pace also. Joe Carl will stalk the pace. Straighttomidnight goes long again for A.C. and Victor. Scored drops to collect. He will try two turns for the first time. I expect with the pedigree this will not be a problem. He is a stone cold closer.... I like him b/c he fits on speed numbers... the distance is my conern.

RACE 5

A modest field of maiden special weight fits this tab. Hedi Maria race two back puts her as a horse to deal with. She did not like sprinting is the only valid excuse I can see. Izshelegal first race after a comeback was so-so. She should move up big time with that race under her belt. Jardella stretches out to two tunr for the red not team of Sadler and Rosario. She is the horse to fear but no moral lock here. Working At Night might be the speed of the race with Jardella stalking the pace. She warrants respect. The blinkers go off of Seekitana. The move might wake her up.

         1. Hedi Maria
         2. Izshelegal
         3. Jardella
         4. It's Candy Time

RACE 6

The pace has Mayor Marv pressing the lead at seven furlongs. The race looks to have a easy pace for the front runners.... He double jumps in class today. Scorewithcarter should move up with a race under his belt. He should love the distance. I like this one. Bestdressed drops for Mike Mitchell. He will do his fly by late at the wire. He is at the level that this pro warrants a long look for a win. One of these days the speed will melt-down and Knapp's Killer Bear will take his photo at the winner's circle. He is a player when right.

Pick Four......see below for picks  I'am hitting the all button.
