Race 1       One Mile Sixteenth Claimer 16K

A wide open tough claimer starts the first race! A field with speed and pace on the front end. Forest Prince looks to be the horse on the lead. Forest Prince switches surface and the drop in class looms large as a contender to wire this field. He has won at this very distance. Milty Way looked great winning at the 12K level. He was overmatch with 28K claimers and the drop makes im a contender. He likes this surface and track! JR jumps on so beware! Dontmesroundwitjim has speed to be near Forest Prince from the sound of the opening bell. Marquet Rebel adds blinkers for Steve Knapp who is ice cold.  He sould get a ground saving trip on the rail. He won at Fairplex at this very level.

Race 2       Six Half Furlongs Claimer 25K

Many contenders in this sprint race on the cushion track. Will Really Uptown turn the tables on Summers At Del Mar?  Summers At Del Mar trained by Canani won at 20K dollars and takes a hike in class........ Major Contender! Really Uptown was beaten by Summers At Del Mar in that claiming race but look ..... He was beaten by a half length. He has 2 bullet work outs since that race. I expect a major improvement and Really Uptown looks like he is spotted for action. Canthavehim gets the top leading rider JR. He drops today from 32K dollars foes in which he almost won! Major Contender with the drop in class. A interesting live long shot is Toro Trippi trained by Dan Hendricks. He can flat out get a horse to fire there best performance off a long lay off. He should get a ground saving trip on the rail. The November 16th work out tells me he is fit and ready to handle this field. This field looks sharp and it is very hard to land on one horse. Camicory has speed numbers which fits with this bunch.


Race 3       One Mile Sixteenth Turf Claimer 32K

I like the shipper from up north  Start Jumpin Marnie. She looks fit and has face tougher. The horse to beat just might be Madeline Ruby who finds a field is might beat today! Madeline Ruby is a major contender! Dextera was only 2 lenghts behind Ruby and she had to need that race coming off a lay off. Dextera will be tighter and fit so beware!

Race 4       Six Furlongs Maiden Special

Fnish Rich In NYC switches to the cushion track after fading on the turf. Rosario takes the mount with good works and great pedigree. Check out the works of Classy Eva who is on the rail. Palma trains and is having a solid meet this year at Hollywood. He uses the bugboy and gets weight off for his come backer. The first time starter lures Bejarano and Marty Jones has a great record for sending out winners first time out. Margie Blackjack is well bred with great pedigree. O'Neil trains  and Martin Pedroza gets the mount........ Beware as being overlooked by the public.


Race 5       Six Furlongs Turf Optional

Broken Dreams looked awesome with her race in which Reba Is Tops won. Reba came back and won last weekend. Go-Go takes the mount today. She looks like a major contender on the win end. Folk Dancer is in good form after her win on this track in October. She has tactical speed in which she can win this race at the wire. Softly Singing gets Bejarano today. She has gas. Check out her three good work outs preparing her for this race. Appealing Afare will be overlooked by the betting public. Beware of her third start which often produces a horse's A game.

Race 6       Six Half Furlongs Claimer 10K

A bottom feeder race sprinting on the cushion track today gets a slight advantage to Rev Her Up. Popular Date looks scary on the win end with JR in the irons. Look to the Sky shortens up in distance. She just might have found a field that she will outrun her odds.


Race 7       One Mile Turf Claimer 40K

Tommy's Pick has to need her last race in which she showed speed then faded to 5th. She does win races. Rosario takes the mount and will be in the battle the whole race at this distance of one mile. The major contender besides Tommy is L'Enchanteresse. She loves any surface. A scary horse with Pedroza in the irons. Jana Gail might just be the play for value. She adds blinkers. I like the class hike by Palma and moreover check out her work out tab. She just might surprise this field and win this race.

Race 8       Five Furlongs Maiden 32K

Brutally Handsome ran a respectable 4th in his debut at Del Mar. He has been freshened up for this for Mike Puype and retains Joe Talamo. You add of this up and it tells me that he looks tough in this sprint race. A horse that you might not want to take lightly is Ona Warpath. He showed speed in his debut. I expect a major improvement today. Gifted Student is a major player in whch he has two seconds in his last three starts. He looks scary and fit for a win! A live first time starter with a cagey trainer and long shot jockey with long works outs in the morning is Pakeha King.......do not take lightly so check this gelding out during pre-race warm up!
