FRIDAY SANTA ANITA LATE PICK 4

RACE 5      MAIDEN 50 G TURF COURSE FILLIES/MARES

ANALYSIS'

Ivana Beat Yabad removes the blinkers as Peter Eurton trains this talented filly.  She ran two strong races woth the blinkers on before fading to fourth. She has the front end at the quarter pole and I expect with the blinkers off angle and the switch to Talamo who has been red hot she is my selection in this wide open high level maiden turf race.........She likes this turf course......Beware!

Ladysgotgame dops in class and switches to the turf were she runs better on that surface. He red hot trainer Phil D'Anato trains her.......I will use two horses in the first leg of the Pick 4

          1. Ivana Beat Yabad      *(WON)
          2. Ladysgotgame

$1.00 PICK 4

             2,7 WITH 1,2 WITH 9 WITH 1,4

COST $8.00

TODAY'S UPDATE  PAID $1,181.60

RACE 6

ANALYSIS'

I like two horses in this race,,,,,,,Hot Lightning and Great Lou........I will put Hot Lightning on top because Bejarano is riding........but the horse to beat is Great Lou.

               1. Hot Lightning
               2. Great Lou           (WON)

RACE 7  ENTRY LEVEL ALLOWANCE ROUTE TURF RACE

ANALYSIS'

I have been betting Decisive Edge in the Tokyo City Stakes races........the waters were too deep for him........He drops in class and runs better on turf then on the dirt. The last time he ran on turf he beat two horses that came back and won.........key race. BET HIM TODAY!

           1. Decisive Edge   *(Single and Bet to win)    WON

RACE 8    MAIDEN 20 G CLAIMING SPRINT FILLIES/MARES

ANALYSIS'

I like the pedigree on Gold Journey who to me looks like the horse to beat........D'Amato has put two nice works in her since her last race. My main concern is the rail position......She is stuck down on the inside and is facing older horses. Her Beyer speed numbers are low and she just might bounce.......With those's concerns.......low odds...post position with low speed numbers I'am looking elsewhere!

Blake Heap a old under-rated trainer has a filly with blue blood pedigree......the sire is Benchmark out of the mare Saros......who sends out winners......not known to win first time out but this filly improves with racing experience........Easter Lillian morning line12 to 1 ..........She has raced three times at a higher class level then the bottom where she ends up here today..........She has tactical speed......and in her debut she was bet down to three to one at a maiden claiming level of 50 G's. Blake has put two nice long drills in her. I love her last blow out.......29 out of 74 runners that day.........Van Dyke takes the call.......To me she is a excellent value bet across the board.

                1. Gold Journey
                2. Easter Lillian         (WON PAID $51.00)
