The morning line favorite Hopportunity is picking up five pounds in weight after winning the Clark Handicap at Churchill........He won facing older horses last year in November. Trained by Baffert who usually has been a red hot barn at Santa Anita has been ice cold. The horse to fear if he runs back to what he did at Churchill Downs........

The speed looks to be Appealing Tale who loves this course.......three wins one second and two thirds out of six starts at Santa Anita........He just might be hard to collar......
