Peter Miller this year has been red hot.......Pica is one of his horses. Pica looks to be the only controlling speed in a race void of speed types. Pica has been on the bench for nine months......She fires fresh and looking at her morning drills.......wow two fast bullets couple with a series of fast long drill puts stamina into her. Looking at her works she has Stamina so they is no concern about the vacation from the bench.

Jeff Bonde and Rafeal Bejarano team up on Meinertzhageni. At this meet they are perfect together two for two.  Jeff is a trainer that puts his horses in spot's where they can win..........She races the first time in for a tag. !  She has faced some tough competition in the past. Her Beyer numbers improve and she rarely does the classical bounce and runs a sub-par race. She warrants respect for the win here.

THREE YEAR OLD FILLY FIVE AND HALF FILLY 20 G FIVE AND A HALF FURLONG SPRINT!

Oh Deann switched barns from Mora to Armando Large....a sneaky excellent Northern California trainer that spots his horse's in position where they can win. There is plenty of speed in this modest field.......Oh Deann has speed to run at. She has tactical speed to stalk......then relax then wait and chill until the true racing begins.....Van Dyke still a bug boy gets weight off coupled with the face that Dryken has options to choose from........He lands the outside post and can go to the rail and save ground then rate Oh Deanne until the top of the course and kick it in over-drive........

Desert Thief cuts back to a dash......She is speedy which has been a good asset so far at Santa Anita. He drops in class as he lost a hear-breaker at 32 G's finishing second.......Caesar Dominguez is starting to heat up........four start...one win one second and one third........He has been excellent in the past with young horses........mostly young fillies.


Holiday Maker dam byEmpire Maker excellent pedigree.........Julio trains her and Bejarano rides.....He rarely rides for Julio........the drop in class might just help her chances.

THREE YEAR OLD FILLY MAIDEN SPECIAL WEIGHT SPRINT!

Bob Baffert on paper looks to have a scary second time starter Fantastic Style sired Harlan's Holiday out of the mare Mr. Greenly...........babies bred to break there maiden's early in there career........Her debut was highly regarded finishing second behind a next out winner. He was 4 lengths clear of second which I like to see.........Well Bet and Well bred makes him the one to beat.

Mandella looks to have a talented filly that cost 650 G's as a yearly......Avenge  the daughter of War Front out of the mare Woodman debut at Del Mar as she was well bet stalking the pace on the synthetic. Steven's re-rides her........he has options as she is on the outside.......she can press the pace or sit back waiting till the racing begin near the wire. She is a major contender.

Marty Jones looks to have a live first time starter Roksana ridden by Tyler Baze sired by Giant Causeway out of the mare. She cost a mere $160.000 as a two year old.

Jerry Hass a well bred  three year old filly Never Ends sired by Valid Appeal mare is Cee's Tizzy.........they usually need a race Cee Tizzy babies........but she has been training fast and Hollendofer and Elvis is a excellent trainer jockey combo. She loos scary!

A well bred daughter of Smart Strike Atomicseventynine is out of the mare General Meeting trained by Headly has the pedigree and works to make her a major player...........looking at her morning line please to do dismiss her......She will need her "A" game because Fantastic Style only needs to improve slightly to win.

I love the pedigree and ultra excellent works by Richard Mandella as he gets a import Catch A Flight first time Lasix........six wins and a third out of ten starts in Brazil.........the works jump off the page as Mandella has put stamia...........
