Los Angeles Turf Club Inc., (LATC), dba as Santa Anita Park, announced Wednesday that longtime executive George Haines has been selected to head Southern California Off Track Wagering, Incorporated (SCOTWINC) by a unanimous vote. In his new role with SCOTWINC, Haines will head an organization that oversees all off-track wagering at brick and mortar simulcast locations in Southern California.
