RACE 1


This uninteresting card is not my cup of tea today .....so here we go.......a short dash at 30 G's for three year old maiden's. Michael Pender has a dream spot for Mr. Cactus to break his maiden.......He has Bejarano re-riding him........I bet him opening day when he was finishing full of run getting second.....getting beat at the wire. He has stalking style so he needs to collar the speed in this short dash to the wire.....It looks like Cousin Ricky is the speed of the speed......He cuts back in distance which will help him......but another speedy dropper is Geldautomat..........beware because this is the first time in for a tag. California Jade trained by Hess Jr. gets Joe to ride. He takes off the hood......He has speed numbers to win this race.

As for any FTS's Doug O'Neil sends out Goldnesian...well bred and plenty of nice works make him look very live........His mother is a pure sprinter winning over 400 G's.

(Take note......there are plenty of major contender's and very few pretender's.)   Remember this might be a race to Pass!

RACE 2

A maiden special weight turf sprint for four year old and up for fillies and mares........a down the hill contentious good betting race.......for older maiden's. Marty Jones trains the daughter of Brother Derek.....weight off.......I like how she has been training in the morning.......Provenance is her name......Her first race I re-watched it again......better the second time around.....Nice drill over across town. She drilled three five furlong drills at a fast pace. She had a horrible turf race two back......she got hammered around and was talented to get 4th. Moreover, She exits a Key Maiden race where two fillies have came back and won. She gets the bugboy Van Dyke......a improving new jockey on the circuit and should relish this course.

Wasted At Midnight has run six times.....She has a new trainer Richard Mandella....She has faced fillies like Exectiveprivilege......Socialbug.......and Scherzinger. She comes in fresh and takes off the hood today.......More importantly she has back speed number's that make her very contentious. Well bred as a daughter of Midnight Lute looks like she might be over-bet.....Her last races were nothing special.

Jerry Hollendofer a five year old maid Seattle Charlie is current from...Jerry is snekay and has a FTS Fleet Causeway.......sired by one of the best.......Giant's Causeway.......another FTS is Sweet Spell with turf pedigree top to bottom.....Marty Jones sends them out ready...love the pedigree of Candy Ride....

RACE 3


Looking at this race the logical favorites are Metaxa and Madoffwiththemoney......Metaxa switches barns from Eddie Truman barn to Mulhall who is becoming one of the best trainers on this circuit.....Her form is sharp and has the speed numbers to win this race....I bet this one with the bettors were looking elsewhere.

Madoffwiththemoney runs good over the dirt......She has beaten some of these horses when she got 3rd with 16 G's claimers....The short dash will help her....Danny the trainer has been on fire of last......He sends out winner's.


Warren's Judy is a stone cold closer......a short distance to close at...but if a jockey can do it ..it's Bejarano...She might be better on the synethetic then the dirt....we will find out today.

Rasin Cain finished behind Metaxa this Dec.....the drop in class will help if this is not a for sale sign around her neck.

I think Sibells need race on Jan. 11 with 16 G's claimer...She broker bad and was taken out of the race.....She has run on the turf with some talented fillies and mares......More importantly, She has speed......I expect the bettors will under-bet this one. I will try to beat the favorites with Sibells......the new jockey is talented.......beware.

RACE 4


The speed might not look back which is Courarontheprowl...the controlling speed in this N1X sprint for girls. I was impressed how she won last month...bad start...and was wide all around the track........She geared down near the wire........with full of run in her.......This daughter of  Unbridled's Song gets the cosy outside post......She should outake this first level Allowance field.
