FRIDAY AT THE GREAT RACE PLACE

RACE 1

A small field of low level sprinter's for three year old's. Oneandonlyloveman meets a small field  and gets a class drop couplied with a slower pace. His last race he had a horrible trip getting out of the gate....He is live as Bejarano switches to him.

Still Unbroken has run on the dirt twice with one win and a second.....Not Bad!

Takem By Surprise ran a common race with three runner's in this race. The raced was won by Happy Idea. Surprise did not have the best of trips.......broke a little sideways from the rail then was wide......very wide all around the track. Joe Talamo re-rides him and his two works indicate that he is fit and ready.

               1. Oneandonlyloveman
               2. Takem By Surprise
               3. Still  Unbroken

RACE 2

A sprint for four year old and up who never have won three races. A field of five runner's in which all five have a angle and a look to win this race........so take note all five are contender's!

Justa Gusta I have bet before.......He has run strong races against open company.......not a restricted race like this. In other words...this is a drop in class for Justa Gusta.

Fit To Rule was gelded then the move worked.......He won by inches in a N2L........He comes back quick and warrants respect.

Billy Win is good in age restricted claiming races.......He has a shot in this small field.

           1. Justa Gusta
           2. Fit to Rule
           3. Bob C.

RACE 3

One mile on the turf for maiden special weight for fillies and mares four year old and up. Another small field of six runner's!

Caribe d' Oro...is the daughter of the super star Medaglia's d Oro should relish the grass..........distance is no problem...the longer the distance the better. Take Note that Gary Stevens rides her today......Her prep race was a come-backer and nearly won the race if she was not shuffled down the back-stretch....then was steadlied near the wire....take note that she lost to Couraronthepowl who runs in race 4.

Another Star a horse I have bet before makes her come-back...last time I have seen her was in May. She fires fresh so take note of this.

              1. Caribe d' Oro
              2. Puligny

RACE 4

Small field of six is this one mile 12G route race for four year old's and up on the main track. Only The Gold has a fast pace to run at and he won from behind. This race looks to have three speed types pressing a contested pace.......the speed might be Unstopper Topper, Twin Six, and finally Coo Cachoo.

Carl Joe drops in class and has faced much better then theses. The question about Joe is he on the upswing or down swing.

As I stated Twin Six a speed runner and the huge class dropper Unstopper Topper and the stretch-out speed sprinter Coo Cachoo....who I have bet in the past.

             1. Coo Cachoo
             2. Carl Joe
             3. Only the Gold

RACE 5

One mile on the turf a high price claiming maiden race for older maiden's......Cernobbio a gelding has been facing open company not Cal Bred maiden's. He ran two races getting second after racing at Calder. He is not the speed....but will close late turning for home.....He has a good turn of foot......and the logical contender in this race.

Brimstoned a first time starter by the sire Unusal Heat out of the mare Broken Vow is well bred........Bell the trainer has plenty of morning works in him........I like this one......He has the pedigree to go around two turns........should love the grass.

Friendswith K the clocker's like....His come back prep as strong........He gets no help with the outside post.

Common Confusion should be pressing the pace...He is fast and trained by a very under-rated trainer Melody Conlon........He is bred for both distance and grass.

           1.  Brimstoned
           2.  Cernobbio
           3.  Village Kitten

Pick Four     1,4,6 with 1,3 with 4,6 with 9

Cost $6.00

RACE 6

One mile high priced allowance race that is a good betting race and contentious............talented group in this race. Fury Kapcori won which I was impressed with...a N2X win.......He ran one of the fastest mile and a sixteenth of the meet. If he runs like he did in his last start.....He will be scary.......the issue is the classic bounce theory.

Midnight Transfer ran like he was a horse that was short in his sprint come-backer. He was been training ultra strong...and this mile will at a much slower pace then his last fold.

Battier trained by Todd Pletcher assistant Michael McCarthy is a very talented East Coast horse......He drops out of a stake race to face this talented allowance race.

The horse that looks scary is Ron Ellis's horse Majestic City........one mile is perfect for him....a sprint router at a mile is his cup of tea. He has won at a mile stakes race and last win was a NW2X allowance race.......the condition is perfect for him....... I expect that he is the logical horse to beat.......He needs his A game with this field.

            1. Fury Kapcori
            2. Battier
            3. Majestic City

.

RACE 7

One mile on the turf for three year old maiden's for State Breds.

The speed looks to be Bejarano's filly Magic Spot. She goes from sprint to route and back on the grass today. She comes in fresh after two months off.....and most importantly her dad Papa Clem (Smart Strike) should love the grass. Bejarano jumps ship from Euroclydon to ride Magic Spot.

Euroclydon was washed out during the pre- race in her last race where she third.......She was re ralling so this third looks better on the video then it does reading the Daily Racing Form.

Ay Ay Ay debut was excellent...flying home to miss by inches. Winning going long in her debut is a very difficult chore to do........James Cassidy looks to have a upcoming super star. I know this was a 50 G claiming maiden race...so she will need her A game here.

Warren's Empire debuted on the rail....then settled down on the back-stretch........She sprinted .........she was looking good at this race.  She has excellent turf pedigree by the sire of Unbridled and her mom is one of the best blood mares in the country.........top to bottom.......bred for the grass...........Joe Talamo rode her in her sprint debut.... He re-rides her in this mile turf race.

          1. Warren's Empire
          2. Euroclydon
          3. Magic Spot

          Long Shot  Inherit the Throne

RACE 8

A modest...really a very weak field of the bottom of the maiden ranks.......a field of fillies and mares....a short five and a half furlongs is the distance.

Mike Harrington drops Swiss Peak who has faced much better company then theses.........

Sargentina the first time starter by Vienna is by Roar which I always like........Martin Pedroza rides which is a major assest theses short dashes for home.

Notbyemyrules bred to like the dirt gets off the cushion track after showing speed the being steadlied taking her out of thee race.....Storm Cat likes the dirt.......and Kyla might not stop today!

          1.  Notbyemyrules
          2.  Dream Baby
          3.  Amina Perfect
