Maiden special weight turf race at the distance of one mile and a eighth... First, Qatar´s Pearl did not look good warming up in his last race.... Rosario jumps off.... mixed signals.... do not just dismiss him because of one bad race.... He should like the added distance. He is a player-contender for the win.

Called To Serve has route pedigree with turf pedigree in his blood-lines.... He exits two route dirt races with Fed Biz and Castaway....future stars.... His new connection has Mike Smith taking the call... contender from off the pace.

Vibrato Jazz looks like he is improving on the turf...lost a heartbreaker last time out to Segway.... Tab the jockey switch to Rosario...

Late Night Sky looks to press the pace..Kathy Walsh is excellent with horses coming in fresh with two months off... Victor has been red hot of late.

Longshot pick´s...Remember Animal Kingdom in the derby ... kin is Animaux Del Viento--goes from inside to outside.... do not dismiss......!!!

Montego Bay ..... son of War Chant.... broke slow then made a move....through the backstretch........ should like the added distance... for Drysdale...major improvement.. Clocker´s like morning works...B plus...

Rocket Train..... Mitchell trains him...he is improving ....He was off slow then made a late move to finish 4th...beaten only by two lengths....He should love the added distance....

RACE 7

A state bred filly allowance sprint is the feature today. The line-up includes...

1. Belloma....won her debut at the Wood...then the water´s was way too deep in her stakes race....she is back among friends...gets the rail....expect she might be sent to the  front.

2. Habit Forming....very sharp and game..she a tough filly with both speed and tacitcal speed... if any filly mis-steps she is the one to fear..

3. Almost A Lady.... hot trainer and jockey combo... She has talent after winning her first two races of her short career..Rosario might send her or sit back and stalk both 12 Folds and Habit Forming..

4. Vicki Victoria....beat Amost A Lady last time out... she has the perfect closing style....above average turn of foot to win this...She needs a pace dual....

5. Twelve Folds....looked horrible on the turf ....gets back to the dirt where she has shown her pure speed....... She did not like routing or the turf.....I expect she will be out on the front end winging...Might be very hard to collar....turning for home....

6. Backwoods Belle....the other Sadler filly in the race..She looked awesome at Del Mar.... then won her last race on the dirt at this track...she comes in fresh...gets good post...A claiming caliber filly with speed.

7. Babyneedsnewshoes........Peter Miller sends out Baby to face winners for the first time.... she did not beat much but she might be this talented....time will tell.
