SUNDAY AT SANTA ANITA PARK

                      SANTA ANITA PARK

Race 1

The pace scenario has Sipnzin on the lead in a race with mid- pack closers. This race is ripe for a upset. Do not quit your day job because the last furlong might prove to be the test for Sipnzin.

    1. Sipnzin   2. Subpoena The Dress 3. Cato Major

Race 2

The speed looks like Bella Palooza who is stretching out to to turns....... Rumor and Kilograme sitting chilly right off the speed....... I expect Rumor who looked awesome winning her debut will handle this group of fillies.

    1. Rumor  2. Lovethewayuare

Race 3

The first time starters look like runners but I'm going with experience in this six half Cal bred maiden weight race. He's So Stylish showed speed in his debut and switches to the main track for Bruce Headley and Joe Talmo goes to Red Dwarf. Gomez takes the call. Bruce Headley has strung together two fast morning works........ Check out his last work on Stylish..........more fitter this time around. Em Z Em was in the same race as Stylish as he walked out of the gate....... looks like a public outing and he should improve and outrun his odds.  The horse I like other then what I have mention is Bejarano horse on the rail Red Scare owned by Harris Farms and trained by Carla Gaines..... a major contender second time out. I like this horse along with Martin Pedroza horse who is a live longshot to win this race.  Franconi who gets off the turf and had a somewhat troubled trip his last race. He has been pulling hard in route races....... and now getting back to the main track I expect alot more speed and muscle down the lane.

     1. Franconi    2. Red Scare  3. He's So Stylish

Race 4

     1. Silver Luna  2. W and Rye 3. Officerwasispeedin

Race 5

I like Gallant Gent! But  I fear Stephen's Got Hope who won on January 16th.. Then was in over his head against older horses at a slightly higher level.

Race 6

Mary's Wood did not take to the turf. He did not take to a wet track....... but finally finds a fast track Today. I expect a big performance from him with Martin in the irons.....

      1. Mary's Wood   2. Smart Spending

  Pick Four  2, with  2,3,7 with  2,3,4 with  4,6,7

Race 7

Farley's Star should relish the added distance. She looms large as the upsetter.......!

       1. Farley's Star

Race 8

        1. Harmonious  2. Always A Princess  3. Blind Luck

Race 9

I like Rock Hard Ten babies getting on the turf for the first time......... hits hard here with a race under his belt for Baffert and Garcia.  Lemou a first time starter is well bred for the turf couplied with the fact that he is 20 to 1 morning line......... lot's to like because of the pedigree.

       1. Rock Hard Ten   2. Lemou  3. Shamino
