Race 1            One Mile Maiden 40K
I guess I have to pick someone in this maiden going a mile on the poly track. You guys can read a form and to me there is  outside speed and  inside speed horses. Hard to not like It's not Unusual going two turns today with the Domenican Dandy re riding this horse.  This just might be the day that Kim's Leading Man has found a field he can maybe beat..... I expect Noble Cavalier to show more because of the trouble start he had in his last race. My pick is It's Not Unusual by Tom Jones!

       1. It's Not Unusual  2. Noble Cavalier  3. Kim's

Race 2            Six Furlongs Claimer 10K
I Brought It usually fires fresh and the trainer Linda Mikus has them fit and ready to fire and so with the leading rider taking the call I Brought It over Squeeze Me Tight and Saunces De Espana......

       1. I Brought It  2. Saunces De Espana 3. Squeeze Me Tight

Race 3            One Mile Turf Maiden Special Weight
This race is not as easy to get a handle on at first glance..... The race came up light on speed and therefore pace to run at. Dr Chin with the rail horse Padre Jon might be sent to the lead.....not a easy race to visualize how or who will be sent or sit off the pace and close down the wire. I like a new face with this modest field.  Alley Hondro trained by Ron Ellis jumps up in class and switches to the turf for the first time. Much to like about this one!

       1. Cantona  2. Alley Hondro

Pick three
3rd  2,3,6
4th  4,6,7
5th    4,5

Race 4            One Mile Claimer 12K
Warring Heart hits hard in this spot........... Cee's Cee Closing Time adds blinkers and takes a drop to collect might just be the one to fear the most!

Race 5            Six Half Furlong Maiden 25K

Rathman flipped out his first race and one race does not make a career. The like the Trainer/Jockey and the pedigree to upset this field.  Tubba Man lands hard in this spot and just might be his day to move on up.......

        1. Tubba Man

Race 6            Five Furlong Turf Optional Claimer

This is a good value Pick Three today!

1. Queen Mariles looks like speed but won a 32k claimer and there is many things not answered about this horse, like class and distance and pedigree for the turf. I watching this one!

2. Holding Her Ground got loose on the lead her last race and lite up the tote boards.

3. Movie Duty another rabbit with class to win this race. She has the numbers to step up today and surprise the public.

4. A Clever Ten has been knocking at this level but does have the right racing style to run at.

5. Elusive Memories trained by John Stadler and is a unknown in her ability........ a interesting long shot to consider!

6. Pink Diamond I have pick and was rewarded in the win pools. She looks good and fit and today gets P-Val who will have her much closer to the pace........ a Major Player!

7. Missdealornodeal trained by Carla Gaines and has the perfect set up today to seal the deal at the winners circle. The horse to beat!

8. Holloween Candy goes off the claim by Peter Miller and I did like her maiden win.......sitting on the fence with this one.

9. Dan Reese looks like she has back class and if fit watch out.... Beware!

10 Stormy Linda looks like another speed horse and something different.......

            1. Missdealornodeal  2. Pink Diamond  3. Dan Reese

  Pick three
6th   6,7,9
7th   1,3,6
8th    1,5

Race 7            One Mile Allowance Optional

A tough salty competitive race and there is a numbers of contenders in this optional allowance race at one mile!  The morning line has the longest shot at 5 to 1 tells us the story that this race is wide open. Having said this : Made For Magic will not see the tail end of Zenyatta today! Good news for her and the last time she ran in this condition she won by eight. Pure Class as a two year old her win was awesome that day. She fits on class and form and looks to be fit! Pure Class won her maiden at Del Mar and at this distance....Madel just won at Del Mar so take that into account. Emmy Darling drops in class and look at her two year old numbers. She is a player but will she get the distance of a mile. Seriously look great winning at Hollywood coupled with the fact that she will have pace to run at going a mile......... a player also!

     1. Pure Class  2. Made for Magic 3. Emmy Daring

Race 8            Five Half Furlong Maiden 32K
It looks like the play of the day with a horse dropping from Maiden Special Weight to 32K claimers. Great workouts and great pedigree what's not to like..... add blinkers and leading rider and trainer today.

On pedigree is not that the daddy of Ghostzapper on the rail with modest workouts........ looks like a runner to me and the short distance on five and a half furlongs and I just hope he sends this one to the lead. Renewing to hit the board at 30 to 1........

         1. The Phenom   2. Renewing
