HAPPY THANKSGIVING AT DEL MAR

A short five and half furlong maiden two year old claiming race ends the Thanksgiving card........This looks very wide open and in fact very contentious!

ANALYSIS:

Dream Police trained by Richard Baltas takes off the blinkers and drops in for a tag.......He has a strong pedigree that should press the pace all around the track with his sixth start today........He has faced much tougher horses then this maiden claiming race. Kent stays put adds to his appeal.

A number of first time starters look live to me.......Thunder Thief trained by Peter Eurton has his main man Bejarano in the irons......I like the win early pedigree and long furlong morning works on him.......He looks live!

Jazzy Josh trained by Miller gets them ready to win early.....He gets the leading red hot jockey Victor to ride........and with his pedigree and many work-outs makes him scary to win this race.

A pedigree that won the Kentucky derby is Lone Warrior trained by the sneaky Dan Blacker and hires Martin Garcia to ride this first time starter.........great morning line and I expect that you cannot judge him by his workouts.......

Sky Heart trained by Sadler adds the hood and gets the outside post as Joe Talamo rides him after showing speed and getting claimed for 80 G's..........Sadler knows a thing or two about claiming horses.........beware!
