A turf sprint N1X for Cal Bred three year old"s and up.......Marty Jones is excellent with horse's coming off long lay offs......He sends out Awesome Indy.....a horse on my watch list....I bet him in his maiden win.....his works indicate that he will fire first time out of the gates......long six and seven furlongs drills......Bejarano re-rides this one. 

He is not the speed of the race.....looks like most of the field needs to be front runners.....Kilat has speed......Johnny Be Mine adds speed......Urban Hunter adds speed here......Night Badger adds speed to this lineup......a weird pace scenario.....Awesome Indy and the rail horse Pretty Darn Quick.

RACE 7

The feature race is a optional claiming route race....a small field of five. Esentepe is the controlling speed....She drops in class after finishing two lengths behind Halo Dolly.......Bejarano can press the pace or stalk...He has options.....here.....Her first try on the cushion track....She has nice works over the cushion track....I expect her to take to the cushion track.......The scary filly to beat with short odds. She has run on synthetic surface over the pond......finishing a good looking third......I will single her in the pick four.

RACE 8

A one mile Cal Bred maiden turf race......A below average field......Krazypapaya has faced three talented fillies......Top Kisses....last race then Market Quote and in her debut faced Tangeray....She exits races that were highly regarded.....She comes back after two months off......good pedigree......expect she will fire big time in nightcap.

....Dow Diva made a move too quick in her last start......Edwin will not make the same mistake today.
