Gaines sends out two.... with the top two jockeys of this meet. Briteness first race was respectable..... Gaines is good with second time starters.... Briteness has speed.... I expect Rosario to have her on the lead early. Saturday Nite Wish exits the same race as Briteness.... she needs Briteness to mis-step or Wish to improve to beat her. On fact is she go inside to outside...a cozy place to be sprinting this year on this track....inside post has been a negative.
The first time starter Fabulous Fashion sired by a win early pedigree by E Dubai.....looks very live .... looks like a runner to me.

RACE 5

This looks wide open a 16 G claimer in a weird starter allowance. Look it´s musicals chairs with the jockeys.... Rosario, Bejarano jump ship and go to new horses... Garcia re-rides.. Gutshot Straight..... gets back to dirt and off the turf and synthetic stuff. Weird pace in this race at seven panals.... I expect Gutshot Straight to press the pace from gate to wire... Close To The Edge should like the distance.... I cannot remmeber when Smith rode for this barn.....but if ready he should get the perfect trip right off the pace. Adriatic Moon, a horse I have liked has not run on the dirt.....Gatherathealer is a stone cold closer.... King Headley has a trouble trip last time out.... He shortens up to seven panals and get the ground saving rail at seven panals...Gus Headley is 50% when he tries turf to dirt.... King Headley is three for 30 but has hit the board 10 times facing better....

RACE 6

A competive field of fillies and mares in a N2X at the distance of one mile. Linda Lou I have liked in the past......She looked good winning.....Tab right back... She sharp.... Anniversary Girl needs to wait ...chillin...then she has a excellent turn of foot down the lane. Celestial Kitten drops in class after a respectable runner up finish.... distance is ideal for her!

RACE 7


Game On Dude makes his debut on this year for trainer Bob Baffert. The race is his to win or lose .....no speed except the Dude... He is three for three on this track...

Here is what the clocker´s say about the Dude...about his Jan 27th work-out.... Brilliant workhouse looks well....brilliant tracking and dispatching barnmate Tweebster with contemp in 47.4,112.1,123.4, comes back right where he left off. Grade A-

Bob Baffert runners seem rarely to need a prep race... Has some very fast workouts.....
