Sunday

                           SANTA ANITA PARK

RACE 1

A low level route race for maiden fillies and mares. Blinkers go on Flawless Jewel..... weak race that offer´s no value if Flawless Jewel wins... Her main rivals look to be both Smil´n From Above and Golden Nip. Warren´s Matchmaker had to need her last start... expect better today.

                   1.Flawless Jewel
                   2. Smil´n From Above
                   3.Golden Nip

Pick 5    (2 with  2 with  5 with 3 with 3,4)

RACE 2

Sumalee should be out on the front end winging.....cheap speed but at this level it can be deadly. You Can Dream should get the perfect trip..stalking the rabbit turning for home kicking clear of the field....the bug boy has some very live mounts today.

                  1.You Can Dream

Pick Three 2 with 1,3,6 with 3

Pick Four  2 with 1,3,6 with 3,4,6 with 3,4

RACE 3

Another low level filly maiden sprinting on the main track. This race....weak... Ansede faced better...might be the favorite at post time. Warren´s Morgan gets the dead rail..... needs to clear big time here. I love the pedigree on Sweetsouthernambar...been a disapointment to me.... she might wake up because one thing ..she is improving. Janet Armstrong sends out What´s Up Betty....excellent trainer....weird start unlucky start with this one.....expect better.

                          1. Ansede
                          2. Warren´s Morgan
                          3. Sweetsouthernambar

Daily Double 5 with 3

RACE 4

A suspect sprint with droppers and horses off form.... The speed is Coo Cachoo who showned speed at on mile....route to sprint angle. Coffee Boy had to need last race after a layoff...He adds the blinker.... has backclass....He never has run at this low of a level before. Pender sents out Via Verde drops in for a tag after tow months off.... Hot trainer and jockey combo. I think Hidden Blessing who is not a turf horse or a routing hors should run better at this level and at this distance. He ran like a short horse that needed a race under his belt last time out. He has faced some tough dudes in his career...no monsters in this race as he gets weight off... The bug boy has been riding lights out of late.

                  1. Hidden Blessing
                  2. Coffee Boy
                  3. Valkrie Missle

Pick Three  3,4,6 with 3,6 with 11

RACE 5

A suspect low level maiden sprint on the main track. A race void of speed except Our Last Monte. Come Catch this five year old. Peter Miller sends out a four year old that has not raced since a year and half ago.... He drops from maiden special weight and hires Rosario to ride from the rail....mixed signals but Miller is good with this angle....first time for a tag move. Works are so-so. My Slew takes a weird drop in class after running good races in facing much better then theses... red signal.... mixed signal here! King Of Swing was scratchedlast time out.... He will be winging it from the start of the bell.... Talamo rides a major upgrade here.

                 1. King Of Swing
                 2. Our Last Monte
                 3. Joburg Star

                Longshot Si Es Verdad

RACE 6

A good betting race....optional claimer-allowance on the turf at the distance of one mile. Tigah makes his US debut for trainer John Sadler. A talented three year old that is now four... every race looks like a improvement. Mega Heat scratched yesterday entered this allowance race....a big drop in class....training excellent and ran awesome in the California Cup Classic. Moreover, this is his distance one mile. Shug ran with Frunious and Capital Account sprinting on the main track. This has become a highly regarded race....He tries the turf and gets the extreme outside post... He is bred for the turf....He should be able to clear from the first turn then get position on the other´s... I like him at 12 to 1 morning line.

                 1. Shug....overlooked here
                 2. Boxeur Des Rues.....Rosario
                 3. Mega Heat...the horse to beat

                Longshot Tigah

Late Pick Four

5th  7,9,11
6th  1,2,6, added 7,8
8th     6,7
9th      1  suspect race

.

RACE 7

Maiden special weight for three year olds at seven furlongs. The two colts that has racing experience under their belt are Zackn´mat and  Boat Trip both get the inside post. At seven furlongs the inside post you need to clear with this big field.  Pedroza will be winging Boat Trip from gate to wire. Zackn´man has beaten Boat Trip in both starts. Mank walked out of the gate on the turf....good pedigree and I expect Victor who re-rides him will outrun his odds. Bannaman lost to a really talented field . Tab for major improvement.  Sea To Sky made a good move after a horrible start....He then faded.... He needs a clean break.... I expect a good performance with this 20 to 1 live longshot. Mike re-rides for Dan Hendricks.

Both FTS looked very live to me. Verne and Stirred Up....I also like the colt that sprinted on the turf  and walked out of the gate... Victor re-rides him... Mank.

Tough race...Hard distance to win with FTS.

               1. Zackn´man
               2. Bannaman
               3. Boat Trip

Longshot Sea To Sky and Mank

RACE 8

The Wishing Well stakes down the hill on turf is the feature race. In this race the only front pressing speed is Unzip Me. Teroda gets the best post..the outisde with Rosario riding her. She does get the acid test on class but she is talented and improving. The same thing can be said about Catchy Tune....a talented mare that won down the hill from off the pace. Gavine looks to be Unzip Me´s main rival.... Gavine had a trouble start breaking slowly in the same race as Unzip Me. Unzip is the classy mare of this race....but I like Fifth Commandment to upset this field...She ran like she needed her last. Cassidy I expect has her more fit....he has put four workmen-like drills into her.  It´s very hard to pick against Unzip Me.... but I think Fifth Commandment just might surprise this field.

                 1. Unzip Me... gets top billing
                 2. Fifth Commandment... upsetter!

RACE 9

Tough week to end non winners of two for the claiming price of 12 G´s for fillies and mares....Tricky distance of seven furlongs. On paper, this looks suspect to me. Coparcenary beat a weak modest race as Warren´s Performer the favorite two days ago fading to fifth. The pace lacks any speed...all look like plodders to me. Capalatte should be one of the ones near or on the lead. She has won at this distance. Clever Chloe adds the blinkers... She shortens up in distance.... trainer is good trainer that needs some luck! I like her last works out.....and she has shown speed routing. Benecia had a horrible start last time out. She like the dirt winning at fairplex. I expect she is much better then what she looks like on paper.

              1. Benecia
              2. Clever Chloe
              3. Siempre Esperanza
