Capital Account ran with Frumious pressing a blazing fast pace... He has been the favorite in all his starts... I expect nothing will change today.... Light Up The Score drops in class and will be winging it out early with Capital Account. My horse on my watch list is Sway Away....comes in fresh for trainer Jeff Bonde..........check out his works...very fit and fast.... He is a mid pack closer...so He needs to get into this race early... does not need the Silky Sullivan running style at this meet... I expect Bonde has him cranked up for a good one.... Luckarack I think was a scratch over-night..  Let´s see if we can beat Capital Account because I expect Light Up The Score to try to go with him....if not then Account is the one to beat with the pace....

RACE 2

Siempre Mio changes barns to Doug O´Neil.... I like the hike up in class....after a good looking low level debut. He ran a good looking low level debut.
Madeoftherightstuff I have bet in the past....He gets off the turf... starting to have the looks of a professional maiden....but having said that He is a player in this modest field...maybe now or Grants Pass for him.  Goodbye Charlie exits two good races at the Wood....He might be the speed here...Player! The FTS Soi Phet...love the pedigree of Tizbud...look check out that bullet work over this track on October 11th...tab for upset.

RACE 3

The speed got scratch from the rail......The pace looks like a full charge to the first turn..... Eden´s Moon with Willa B. Awesome and Batalha pressing the pace. Killer Graces needs to transfer her form to the dirt....She´s a Hollywood gal but has been training over the dirt in a work like women´s fashion.... Charm The Maker....trainer has put some long works in her to get her more fit at this distance... She fought with Gomez all around the track before getting it up to Killer Graces... I expect Bejarano style to fit her to a tee.... more mellow... The only true closer in this race is Lady Of Shamrock...My concern is the dirt and the distance...maybe the company she has beaten...Good race and maybe a future winner of the Kentucky Oaks is in this race...we shall see.  Remember this is wide open race!

RACE 4

Aint No Other looks to be the speed of the race. Compari stalking the speed. Caracortado is the best horse in the race... a rare win from last to first... He got a fast pace to run at with Mr. Gruff and Regally Ready blazing up the track all of the way around before getting a fly by...with Caracortado...but having said that...not much in this field to beat...Compari has won sprinting before....and Red Defense will pick up the pieces...

The pace looks to have a number of horses pressing the pace to the first turn...Macho Dorado and Legal Separation..... Victor takes the call on Legal Separation over Macho Dorado.... Thirtyfirststreet has the scary class and speed figures to win this race.....The stone clod closer is Holloday Road who comes in fresh fro trainer Julio C. I expect he will have him cranked up from a big performance...he does bet the ponies!

The Valentine Dancer Stakes....one mile on the turf....for fillies and mares. I loved how Las Sombre won last time out. She is razor sharp and in form...

RACE 7

Jim´s No Preacher is another horse that press a blazing pace with Frumious and Capital Account last time out. He will have to contend with RunFlatout who started his career looking like a future superstar...great winter and spring races...then tailed off. Last time out he ran like a short horse that needed a race under his belt...well he has had one and today gets Rosario who I expect will have him more into this race early... Scofield Barracks got beat by Frumious three back in a highly regarded 40 G claiming race. He then ran into Mesa Heat getting a respectable second... do not dismiss this one because of the front runner´s Jim´s No Preacher and Runflatout. Thinking Of Girls beat Runflatout last time out. He is the Rodney Dangerfield of horses.....Arraignment is my bomb here.... I think is is better sprinting....check out his last two works..... if the pace meltsdown then watch out for this one!

RACE 8

A wide out scramble in this low level 25 G claimer on the turf at one mile. Charm The Crowd is sharp and in form.... I like Mike Mitchell horse R Vicarious Girl....she comes in fresh...She has back class....who needed a break after two bad races at Del Mar...if she runs back to last year races... she very scary for the win. Van Brit comes in fresh...She is the horse for the course loves this track...

Rumor ran a big speed numbers last time out....better then Teddy´s Promise and Sugarinthemorning....Teddy´s Promise gets the top weight.... Sugarinthemorning might just upset this field.... Home Sweet Aspen got the rail last race. She did not like the post.... better post today...She has the talent to make a big say in this outcome today...Rosario rides her....facing older today. She´s Creeky has faced some very talented mares.... she does come in fresh with very long morning works which I love to see... do not just dismiss at 20 to 1.

Down The hill maiden turf race..... wide open with a few runners with racing experience like The Roan Ranger,  Chickie Charms, Smoking G.....and Our Merv....but a number of very talented first time starters....like Baffert´s horse Aqua Revelation and Vann Belvoir horse the Washington bred Fable Haven...both look like runners to me..Check out the breeding on Sunday´s Silence and War Chant....on breeding this horse should win...No Silent....
