Void of any speed....if track is wet.... bet the speed......Deluxe Bus drops to a level where he has won before. RACE 2

Clearly A Cowboy is going long for Mike Puype. He takes the blinkers off for the stretch out. Cowboy is bred for distance. He beat the Baffert horse Frenemy when they sprinted. He warrants respect with Bejarano riding. Sky Kingdom is bred for run all day long with the pedigree of Empire Maker. Baffert sents out this dude in a contentious maiden race. Treacherous with a race under his belt should relish the added distance.....has a shot here.

RACE 3

The start of the carryover in the pick six......... looks like Muny for the course as he returns to the turf. The speed looks to be Lt. Hopeful and Gothic Peak...... distance seems a concern for Lt. Hopeful but Gothic Peak looks to outrun his odds as he might try to steal this race. Quitely Mine should get a perfect trip behind the speed and warrants major repsect turning for home.... do not sell short this one. Kelly Leak if he breaks fast and clean should be feared turning for home. Rosario rides as the race sets up for a midpack closer.....if Gothic Peak can be caught at the wire. Caught A Flyer likes this track. He might shock this field and is my longshot pick here..... He adds fuel to the fire.

RACE 4

Ron Ellis sends out Raven Wild after a respectable third at the beach last summer. Teacher Teacher ran a respectable second after a layoff. She looks spotted for Mike Harrington. I bet Beautiful Year in her debut. She then ran in a stakes race showing speed. She has been off since April but if she is cranked up.........blinkers come off.........so take note..... win early pedigree......great value bet with her .........at 15 to 1 morning line....... Marty Jones sends out a first time starter that looks very live Two Promises.....beware! check out the tote board and post parade.

A route race for non winners of two for 40 G´s. A modest field...for a entry level allowance race for fillies and mares. A underachiever......True Way Of Grace has a sprint prep race and now goes long.....I like that Smith rides here. She takes off the blinkers might wake her up. Ambitoness has hit the tote board seven straight times and finished second at this level in her last start.... I can see her winning or doing a classic move and refuse to past horses.... Baffert sends out Star Presence after a eight month lay off.....good sign is Bejarano seems fit to ride her.

Jeff Bonde is a trainer who´s horses improve big time second time out off a drop in class...this is the scenaro of AK Karma.... Victor rides....as blinkers go on. The pace looks to be Finnegan Again. He adds the blinkers and drops from open company to state restricted company. Go To The Pulpit exits a key maiden race where two horses out of this race came back and won.... might be the horse to fear.

RACE 7

The Hollywood Prevue Stakes for two years olds. Empire Way and seven other Prevue starters are playing catch up behind Creative Cause..... The Road to the Roses might start here today.

The pace looks to be Sweet Swap, Hodge and So Brilliant pressing a fast pace.......




2. Brother Francis...still a maiden but lost a heartbreaker to Hodge....love the racing style as he closed after breaking slow and was ten lengths off the pace....talented and very live here going seven panals. If he repeats last race and moves forward slightly he can flat out win this race. Beware if he gets into the bit early he can win this race with a ton of speed signed up here.

3. Sheer Talent.....puts the blinkers on for Hendricks..... won at Del Mar on the polytrack....I like his mid pack closing style....but needs to improve to win this.

4. Empire Way...... was well bet in his debut on the cushion track. Rosario rerides him today..... A high price colt climbing the class ladder. The colt sprinted rallied from last and looked awesome gearing it down at the wire....beware!





5. Hodge....facing winners for the first time after beating Francis Brothers holding on to the lead at the wire. Speed figures fit....and is one fast horse.

6. So Brilliant..... Bafferts high price colt who won first time out.... He looks very talented as Matrin Garcia rerides him. So Brilliant a son of Medaglia d´Oro won his sprint debut. He looks very talented!



7. Galex.....He has the most experience in this race after finishing second to Secret Circle by 5..... warrants respect.... trained by Jerry Hollendorfer gets Bejarano to ride


8. Muchos Besos..... maiden claimer who won is facing winners for the first time..... young and seems up against it here.....

RACE 8


Warren´s Hopeful might have found a field she can beat. She looks to be improving...... one of these days.....Somechanted Evenin goes long again....do not sell her short in the weak field of maidens. Tiz Trying Now by Cee´s Tizzy I expect she more talented then what appears on paper. Sam trains them slow so Iám not concern with the slow works..... sneaky trainer in a weak field of maidens.
