RACE 1

Elusive Schemes claimed by the red hot long time jockey now trainer Vann Belvoir takes a slight hike in class..... Rafael re-rides. He should get the perfect trip right behind the speed which looks to be Capture The Call who adds blinkers for the first time today.  Morganouska should sit behind the pace setter with Royal Import. Royal Import drops in class and looks to be the horse to fear turning for home. A weird cheap race with many pace angles to work out....

RACE 2

Jack O Lyn tipped his hands last time out and nows drops again with speed from the rail to clear. David Hofmans sends out the first time starter Debits and Credits who looks live in his debut a son of Pulpit. Janet Armstrong sends out Arathorn..... He might come out running. Warren's Marshal ridden by Pedroza might just outrun his odds. His debut was solid at the bullring but a weird second race..... I expect better from him today with double digit odds.

RACE 3

Cactus Flyer  has been knocking at this door for some time..... The speed looks to be Follow My Trail...and I expect Rebecca to turn the tables in this modest turf sprint. P-Val will get Rebecca into this race early. Rainbow Luck the likely favorite frops from open company to non winners a restricted race today.......has faced much better then these.

RACE 4

On paper Sky Angel is the horse to beat after facing much better....but with the win early pedigree I like the horse on the rail a first time starter by Sweetsouthernsaint........ Dixie Saint.....gets weight off and looks very live first time out. Look out here!

RACE 5

The late pick four starts here. A hard race to start.... Big Tsimmis should take to this tricky turf course. She ran a respectable race facing better last time out.....now she enters this starter allowance......good racing style for down the hill.

Cookinthisorthat has a troubled comback race. She has talent and if Blanc can get her to relax from the rail and make one big run turning for home she can win this race at double digit odds...

RACE 6

A weak field of non winners of two for the claiming price of 12 G's. I picked Royal Chavela last time out facing higher class then this. She gets back to the dirt with a drop in class having showed speed puts her right in the hunt. She'sawontontomato a head case for sure.....but looks to be improving off her bullring race. She gets a good outside draw with weight off. I expect her to make a closing kick turning for home..... I like her! Dyahere goes back to sprinting.....she is not a router........ I expect she will get a good trip from the outside post with David re-riding her.

Spirit Seeker and She's very Rare wins races..... Sambora is not turf runner....She gets back to the dirt today...expect much better with Rosario on her. Ambitoness hot at the claim box....should get a perfect trip stalking the speed....

RACE 8


 War Wizard does not have to be a monster in his debut....He looks well spotted in a very weak race. But slow works might be a concern here. Joy re-rides Thief River who should improve in his third career start. But short race at the bullringer does not always transfers to a good performance with added distance. This race is open for a upset.
