WEDNESDAY DEL MAR

Twirling Candy by David Morant

Time to hit the pay-pal Donation Button if you can...... I would love the help..... Michael

RACE 1

Indecise caught the eye of the clockers. She is trained by Mandella who rarely sends out babies but when he does...look out. My Bashert a FTS and the morning line favorite looks sent to go. Charm The Maker a FTS gets Go-Go with a win early pedigree. No solid opinion.

               1.   My Bashert....clocker's like her
               2.   Indecise....clocker's like
               3.   Flying Solo.....good works
              4.    Charm The Maker.... beware

RACE 2

Joker Face looked great winning the battle of the ex's...Tab right back.

               1. Joker Face
               2. Te Rapa
               3. Valley Fog

RACE 3

A maiden claimer for two year old fillies over five and half furlongs....A big field of 12 starters....with four first time starters from stables that fire big time first time out. Ashen was beaten by a nose in her debut looks to be the favorite at post time.

Playing Dirty trained by Miller hires Rosario to ride this FTS. The stable sends them out ready to fire. Ashen as I said lost a heartbreaker in her debut. Classic Journey has a win early pedigree. She looks like a runner.

            1. Sheza Great Friend...inside to outside takes off hood
            2. Ansede.....the filly who lost a heart-breaker
            3. Classic Journey....clocker's like her
            4. Warren's Judy...deadly speed.....beware~~

RACE 4

A six furlong dash in the low rent district starts the second leg of the massive pick six carry-over. Hard to trust and of course this race looks suspect to me. Certified Diamond looks the best of this lot. He cuts back in distance. He has tactical speed and when the real racing starts can kick clear down the lane. Mossad had to need his last start for Ellis. Martin stays put..... I expect a better performance today. We saw Mind The Minister run last November. He needed a break after three dull races before being layed off. I expect Garcia should can get them ready to fire. He looks to have him ready with the bug boy taking the call.

            1. Certified Diamond
            2. Mossad
            3. Mind The Minister

Longshot UC Merced Two

RACE 5

The speed looks to me both Pick And Pray with Folk Dancer. Subpoena The Dress will stalk the speed. This dash looks wide open to me! Folk Dancer loves the track after three dull races back east. Welcome Home! Motel Stroll has speed with Patrick in the irons. The drop can only help. Add the favorite to Pick three's and Pick four...Subpoena The Dress......

               1. Folk Dancer
               2. Motel Stroll
               3. Fulbright Sis

RACE 6

A optional claimer over five furlongs on turf for fillies and mares. A field of seven starters. The pace looks to be Alaska Miss who makes her turf debut in her nine start. She must deal will Nice Meidel and West Ruler.

West Ruler looks spotted for action. She warrants respect for the win. Linda Lou needs to break cleanly from the outside post. She needs to catch Alaska Miss turning for home.

             1.   Tales In Excess
             2.   West Ruler
             3.   Nice Miedel

RACE 7

The 100 G Generous Portion Stakes is the feature for Cal-Breds who are two fillies dashing on the poly-track.

1. Heleonor Rugby....won the CTBA stakes then was third in the Sorrento......... comes off the pace....... she will have speed to make her final kick....... very game filly.

2. Roar Baby Roar....a talented filly that was the beaten favorite in the CTBA......... mixed signals as Bejarano goes to a maiden filly.

3. Starlight Magic.......this is the filly that Bejarano jumbs on....Wow what a mightmare trip she had....almost going down then split horses clipping heels........ she has the sneaky look of a contender with double digit odds.

4. Willa B. Awesome........ she beat a few of these filly..... she is the Rodney Dangerfield of fillies.

5. Looking For Jonesy..........trained by Jerry....miss break then it is rare to see a filly on a very slow pace get back on the beam and finish gearing down at the wire... Beware!

6. Billie's Bling....gets the acid test...in class.....but her speed figures fit with these.

7. Power Of Nine...... will be bet today this Northern Cal shipper who won a stakes race at the fairgounds in Santa Rosa. Alot to like and I expect she is very talented.

8. River Kiss..... was second in the Sorrento Stakes...... she is facing Cal Bred in this spot...the cutback in distance will help her. She is a major player for the win.......... I like her!

            1.  River Kiss
            2.  Looking For Jonesy
            3.  Starlight Magic

RACE 8

A modest field sprinting for maiden claimers.... The field look like plodders to me.....Truco Latino.... maybe in this field....... Joe has speed gets the good outside post.

             1.  Jersey Joe....gets bug girl....
             2.  American Warrior....Like the win early pedigree
             3.  Mudville Nine...second starts... hammered in debut
