Lady Fairbanks finished second behind the talented Weemissfrankie. She looks spotted to get her diploma. Candy And Thunder is improving. The clockers like the big filly by Dixieland Band Sister Moon. She looks very live to come out firing big time.

RACE 2

The fastest horse is Liberal Arts but he seems to not want to pass horses at the wire. I expect Mack's Gold Bullet is more talented then what appears on paper. Bejarano climbs aboard this for Vann Belvoir. Stormin Rae might need a race as Rosario takes the call on Polly's Dancer. Cat In The Forest drops again as Go-Go rides.

RACE 3

Rancho Bernardo Handicapp for fillies and mares sprinting on the main track. Irish Gypsy did not like the wet track at the Spa. She is back quickly for Bob Baffert. She should stalk the speed and she has a good turn of foot turning for home. The pace looks to have Mildly Offensive pressing a fast pace with California Nectar. Tanda a horse I thought that would climb the class ladder quickly did not. She looked awesome last year and she has change stables to Mike Mitchell. She should love this distance. She will stalk the speed with Jet Blue Girl.

RACE 4

Butterfly Beach last win was impressive as she won from the extreme outside post position. She warrants respect. Rosehill Drew the unlucky horse that should have won her race two back is the horse I pick in this spot.

RACE 5

Let's take the shipper on the rail with Tyler who is due for a win. Close To The Edge looks live as the clockers have been impress with his morning works...... now he need to transfer his morning works to the afternoon. Gallatin's Run will press the pace as he drops in class with less speed in this spot. Mossad was bet down in his last race as Ron Ellis trains. He has back class with his second race coming back off a very long lay off. Afleet Deal should get a good trip from off the pace.

RACE 6

The Solana Beach for fillies and mares going one mile on the turf. Catie's Secret tells this group come catch me....... Halo Dolly is shortening up and should get a perfect trip right behind the speed. She looks very talented. Warren's Jitterbug likes Del Mar track......... a talented one that can take this race.

RACE 7

Limerick Lane is improving over this track. She needs pace to run at. Dance Little Angel goes from route to sprint. She looks better as a sprinter with speed. Bulindamarie from Oaklawn Park might be better then what appears on paper......... I respect the trainer! Lucky Sis had to need the last start. I expect much better performance.

RACE 8

I have always been a fan of Oilisblackgold when he won his maiden last year at Fairplex Park. He has been facing better company. My only real concern is how he will handle the poly-track........ He is the horse to beat here. The pace should be quick. That is why I think Renegade Storm if not taken back like Silky Sullivan will have some fast pace to run at. He gets Bejarano to make his final turn of foot crusing for home to upset this field.
