SATURDAY WEEKEND

DEL MAR

Update Bank.... $518.00

RACE 1

A Cal Bred maiden route race with a pace which might be slow. Lord Vronsky will press the pace with Starspangled Heat. Lord Vronsky is a big colt maturing. He might get loose on the lead. Unusual Heat had a trouble start last race. He can stalk the pace then put in his turn of foot down the lane. Gomex re-rides Amoracchius....had a ton of trouble.... Beware...

             1. Lord Vronsky
             2. Starspangled Heat
             3. Unusual Heat
             4. Amoraccius

Pick three   5,6  with  3,6,7 with 2,4,7  cost $18.00 Paid $64.60

$20 Place on 5

RACE 2

Cheap speed is Tequial Gold pressing the pace with Patrick going as far as this speed takes him. Speed is deadly if left unchecked. He does love to win races. Charles And Chris claimed last time out should stalk TGold then kick clear turning for home. Mr. Saturdaynight gets the rail. He needs to clear with some racing luck. Cue Me In looks spotted to run a big race.

           1.  Charles And Chris
           2.  T Gold
           3.  Cue Me In

RACE 3

Ron Ellis looks to have the top guys in this maiden sprint race. Rock This Way beat Ultimate Decision last time out. But Ultimate Decision did not get clear on the far turn. Today I expect he will turn the tables on Rock This Way. Phantom Lover exits a key maiden race at Hollywood. The clockers like both of these Ellis's horses. The first time starter Steel Trick by Phone Trick is bred for speed. He has some solid works and the clockers like this dude also.

             1. Ultimate Decision
             2. Phantom Lover
             3. Rock This Way

Longshot (FTS ) Steel Trick

RACE 4

Kelly Leak might be the horse on the front trying to steal this  turf claimer going one mile. He stretches out in distance. He is better on this surface then the main track. He warrants respect. Sporting Art will press the front end with Kelly. Stoneside has been freshen up for this race. He drops in class.....and looks spotted for action as Julio sends out his main man to ride. Erebia faces much easier company then Bourban Bay or Waring Song or Sydney's Candy..... I expect he will outrun his oods....has a long look after posting a big speed number in a grade three race at Del Mar. He has been working excellent for this race.

This is wide open.....

            1. Stoneside
            2. Sporting Art
            3. Hudson Landing

Longshot include in the Pick three : Erebia

Pick three  1,2,4,5 with 1,2,4 with 4 and 7

RACE 5

Obess and Romeo Royale will be pressing the pace. Holladay Road goes for fourth straight win as he was claimed by Canai last time out. He returns to the same class and distance. He is the horse to beat.  I expect Mega Heat should love the added distance. He jumps up in class with Bejarano staying put which is a positive sign.

            1. Mega Heat
            2. Romeo Royale
            3. Fire N Ice

RACE 6

Heart's Memory has blue blood pedigree. She got stuck on the rail in her debut finishing second. This time around she will be tighter. Sadler is red hot with second time starter. Joel re-rides her. Light Up The Sky a first timer for Hollendorfer has been working fast and long..... The clockers like her. Peppy Bolly broke slow first time out for Mandella. He improves big time with horses running the second time as he adds the blinker for this double digit horse.

         1. Heart's Memory
         2. Light Up The Sky
         3. Peppy Bolly

RACE 7

Luckarack fired big time in the Real Good Deal with good odds. He is talented with good works tells me all systems go for a big performance. The speed looks to be Chosen Miracle....come catch this dude.... I expect he is better sprinting then routing  like he did in the Iowa Derby. Korban is one game horse but needs clear sailing from the rail.

            1. Luckarack
            2. Chosen Miracle
            3. Korban

Longshot Sourdough Sam

Pick three  ...hit the all button ...... then 2,3, with 8 and 11

RACE 8

Caracortado is the favorite here....  He shortens up in distance to one mile. I can see him loses like his last two races which was a disappointment when he closed on a slow pace. Mr. Commons a three year old won the Oceanside.... He might be this good to beat older. He does get a weight break of six pounds.

The pace looks to have both Victory Pete and Our Nautique on the front end........ can one shake loose! The class of this race is Champ Pegasus......who is coming back from a lay-off.

              1. Mr. Commons....His coming out party
              2. Caracortado....the horse to beat!
              3. Champ Pegasus...if fit can win this

Longshot...... Victory Pete

RACE 9

Tiz Golden drops in class to face softer.... The distance of seven furlongs suits his running style. Foreboding and Mucho Bravo figure in this paceless race. Valuation has both speed and tactical speed. The clocker's like last last two works on Tiz Golden a B+. His race to win or lose~~```.

           1.  Tiz Golden

           2.  Ruling Force
