Wednesday at Churchill Downs

Race 1

Cypress Isle a first time starter with KD in the irons has a solid work-out tab. She has the look of a runner to me. Maya's Mystery has her races that makes her a instant contender. Bayou Baroness has the pedigree with speed..... a Major Contender. Inner Truth a filly out of Smoke Glacken who should move forward big time with a big hint of a price at the tote board.

         1. Maya's Mystery

Race 2

He Ain't Right looks right to me. If he is half a shell of his former self then he gets the rail with speed. He has been off for a year is my concern. The works look modest to me. Grasmere Park should love the distance from off the pace. Prize Master drops in class and looks live the horse to fear. Holly's Pal should move forward today in this wide open affair. Long Range Missle is the upsetter as the old dude with 10 wins out of 23 starts. He looks spotted for action from the outside.

Race 3

Gone Dixie Gone gets a drop in class with weight off looks like he is spotted for action. Shot Of Kela needs a clean break. I like the first time starter of Smoke Glacken who is bred to win early with speed... do not take him lightly in this modest spot.

      1. Carson's Pride.... has sprinter speed on the outside
      2. Shot Of Kela..... a fly by at the wire
      3. Gone Dixie Gone... will be overbet

Pick three 3,6,9 with 3,4,6,10 with 1

Race 4

A maiden route claimer for $30 G's.... Forefront loses Solis but gets Albarado this well bred son of Medagalla D'Oro. He should move forward at this distance with the drop in class. Asset Play gets  Castano to re-ride who just missed at this condition and distance. Lake Creek bred for speed by Clever Trick. He looks live as a first time starter. Has Recongnize found a field he can beat in this modest field routing. He has racing experience with speed which is always deadly~~~

  1. Lake Creek
  2. Forefront
  3. Asset Play/Recongnize

$20 place win and place on Lake Creek

Race 5              Pick Three and Pick Four

Warm Hugs a three year old filly by Rock Hard Ten hits hard after almost winning her first start. Mike Smith hooks up with Bill Mott. Jamician Ginger ran with the top choice two races back. This four year old should improve with the perfect trip from off the pace. Peggy's Treasure a first time starter has the pedigree to love the sod with a series of fast solid workout tab in toe... Beware of her

        1.  Warm Hugs.... hits hard with theses
        2.  Jamician Ginger... improving 4 yr. old
        3.  Peggy's Treasure.... FTS with solid work tab

Race 6

A low level race with little speed at a tricky distance. Smoke Trail has gas and the rail. He just might get a easy lead then if he can relax on the front end and slow down the fractions... then "Come Catch him... if you can....". Candian Wish might go with him or sit right off the pace.... A live one at 10 to 1. Caracas is four for four this year. He looks like the one to fear.

         1. Smoke Trail  .... has speed and the rail
         2. Candian Wish.... I wish I wish~~
         3. Caracas.... the horse to fear

Race 7

Aregulation Hottie gets back to the main track after two high priced turf races. She should like the distance and this field. She looks spotted today.... Norman's Dream has the good route to sprint angle with speed. I like her! Maegean's Princess drops to collect from the outside.

        1. Aregulation Hottie....
        2. Maegean's Princess
        3. Exhilaring..... one to fear~~

Pick Four  5,8,10 with 2,6,7,11 with 4,5,7,10 with  9

cost $24.00

Race 8

Media Madness has never ran a bad race. Her third race off a lay-off. She should love the added distance for Go-Go and Motion. Ms Silver Oak owned by Hiden Brook Farms gets back on the turf. She has the tactical speed with the rail and a good turn of foot turning for home. She might be the filly to fear at the wire. C P Hath A Way by Gilded Time and Broad Bush gets back to the surface that she should relish...... do not take her lightly as Bejarano rides this live longshot in the eighth race~~

Pick three  2,6,7,10,11 with 4,5,7,10 with 9

Race 9

Irrefutable a horse I have followed will try to wire this group gate to wire. He like a off track..... for Bob Baffert. Snapshot owned by the Wygod's has the back class with the speed figures to make this dude a contender. China is the upsetter because of his impressive two year old speed figures....If he runs back to these figures he can win~~ Safe Trip looked awesome winning at Gulfstream two starts back.

     1. Irrefutable  Baffert with speed!
     2. Snapshot
     3. China/Safe Trip

Race 10

The last race on Today's card~~~ Non winners of three races... enough said routing on the main track. Jeff's Kitten is coming off a lay-off and stretching out in distance..... I like his pedigree with the fact that he won both of his starts routing for trainer Kathy Jarvis.......... 15 to 1 is the morning line~~

       1. Jeff's Kitten
