SUNDAY HOLLYWOOD PARK

RYEHILL DREAMER BY DAVID MORANT

RACE 1      GREAT LADY M. STAKES

1. Lunar Mist..... Filly by Malibu Moon...the plus Bejarano takes the call. She was only one length behind Reba Is Tops.

2. Givine..... She did not show up in her U.S. debut as she was hammered down as the favorite.

3. Ultra Awesome...... gets the acid test on class. Good blow out bullet on May 22. She has never hit the board in her two turf starts. She would be a surprise.

4. Broken Dreams..... She gets a weight break. Proctor trains her. She was second twice behind Unzip Me during the winter at Santa Anita. She switched to the dirt last month in the Las Flores pressing the pace before she was eased. She removes the blinkers and has been given two months off. She should stalk the speed getting a perfect trip.

5. Separate Forest.........the speed of the race....but the question here is whether she will run as well on this truf surface at Hollywood as she did at Santa Anita....... top weight and unknown form on this sod might be vulnerable here.....

                  1.  Broken Dreams
                  2.  Separate Forest
                  3.  Givine

RACE 2

A baby race at four and half furongs for maiden claimers for 40 G's. A modest field of runners here. Warren's Fancy exits the race with Gogi who came back and smoked a good field of maidens. Bejarano rider her.  First time starter Pool Of Fire by Flame Thrower is bred for speed. She looks live. Adam Kitchingman trains her as the leading rider Joel Rosario takes the first call with her. If Beautiful Strike draws in she has fast works but gets the extreme outside post. A plus is the P-Val will send her to the front end.

Golden Miracle adds blinkers for Pender. She drops in class after a slow start in her debut. She has the look of moving forward with a good post and with a race under her belt. She has good works after her debut. Joseph Joe has been the favorite in her two starts. Musical Chairs with jockeys as Go-Go jumps on. Wild Truffles has a win early pedigree. She gets the unlucky draw on the outside. Do not just dismiss her here.

    1. Pool Of Fire
    2. Warren's Fancy
    3. Beautiful Strike

RACE 3

A first-level allowance for three year old sprinting at six and half furlongs. Smash trained by Bob Baffert has talent coupled with the fact that he finished second in a highly rared allowance race on May 6th. Hoorayforhollywood won a fast maiden race in January. He has been side-lined since. These 2 will get most of the action here.  The X factor is Diamond Geezah who last last winter at Santa Anita had two highly rated allowance wins. He drops in class to face theses. A unknown b/c of the cushion track form.

                  1. Smash
                  2. Horrayforhollywood

Pick three  7 with 3,7,10,14 with 1,2,5,6 cost 16.00

RACE 4

A hard race to handicap with a number of betting angles coupled with the start of the pick six carry-over. The pace looks to have  Chk Chk Boom and Three Cuties pressing the pace. Lily Amore will stalk the rabbits and hope to have a turn of foot to win this bottom level maiden sprint. Confectionist trained by Ron Mcanally shortens up in distance.  Her pedigree is solid as a daughter of Candy Ride. She warrants respect for a win stalking the pace with Lily Amore. The first time starter Kalk Bay has modest works but good trainer Sadler and Gomez with a win early pedigee....hardly a throw out on the rail.

                1. Confectionist
                2. Lily Amore
                3. Three Cuties

RACE 5

The pace looks fast and contested on the front end with a number of rabbit pressing the pace. Marrymeonemoretime claimed by Mitchell hung like a cheap suit when I singled her in a pick three. She had a perfect trip but fading..... Pass. When good friends Troeger and Patrick team up...... you need to look at this deadly connection. Coalbanks Landing opened up a lead and was overtaken late by Russian River and todays entry Fifie's Fantasy. I expect P-Val to rate her rather then send her. A player. Patrick climbs off Holloween Candy as she adds speed to this race. She draws outside. Jaws N' Paws has been on my watch list. She defeated 40 sophomore fillies at this distance last year. Barry Abrams and Rosario team up....... I like her here.

                1. Jaws N' Paws..... Rosario lands her
                2. Stormy Linda...
                3. Fifie's Fantasy....pace sets up for her
                4. Coalbanks Landing.....tactical speed

RACE 6

A.C. has been ice cold this year at Hollywood. He trains Led Advantage the daughter of Purge who was the odds on favorite last time out. She hung like a cheap suit down the lane. But having said this the condition is Non Winners of Two.... Judge Joan is wheeled back quickly taking a double drop in class to collect. Stunningly trained by the red hot Puype ran like a horse that needed a race after almost one and half years off. Any improvement might put her in the winners circle. Sutherland rides for Talmo who has been given three days off.

                1. Judge Joan.... Tab the rider
                2. Led Advantage....been knocking at the door.
                3. Stunningly.....back class
                4. Sparrow......long look if right...
                5. Lady Lazer....... scary if fit~`

Pick 4  2,3,5,6,7,8,13 with 2,7 with 1,6 with 6

RACE 7

Ubetshesroyalty looks live first time out for Bruce Headley. Sutherland takes the first call.  The second time runners will be well backed by the public. Cooloftheevening ran a winning race in her debut. She walked out of the gate. Any improvement makes her a legimate contender. Lula Talullah was well bet in her three starts where she has run with three top talented three year olds.....  Mr Commons, Mrs Rosa and No Afillyation. Tab the jockey switch to JR. Valeria is bred to win early and bred for turf. She has the looks of a runner by trainer John Shirreffs. Nashiller is a daughter of El Prado who should love the turf. She has been training long works which I like. She warrants respect for a win.

      1. Lula Talullah
      2. Ubetsheroyalty
      3. Valeria
      4. Cooloftheevening

Late P-3  2,4,5,7,8 with 1,4,5,6,7 with 6 $25

RACE 8

Jakesam drops out of stakes company but he needs the lead where he runs his best races. Today there looks like more speed on the front-end then Jakesam. Blinkers go on Hollywood Heist where his last race he he will be sent to the early lead here. My concern is can P-Val go the added distance with him. American Wildcat will adds speed to this mix. The race sets up for a closer............ Prayer For Relief is coming off a six month lay off. He is trained by Baffert.... I expect with his main man up he has this one cranked up fit and ready to roll down the lane. If not, then Warren's Knockout who goes from sprint to route might be the play.

           1. Prayer For Relief
           2. Warren's Knockout
           3. Hollywood Heist

The bottom dwellers with plenty of plodders ends the nightcap.

             1. Lucky Fitz.....blinkers off
