The Logical contender is the filly who has just run two good races and just might climb the class ladder today. Warren's Blossom finished second to Word Association and was five clear of the third horse. Her Beyer is 84 and she looks to be a short price horse in this race. I will Pass! Imperatriz is a come backer for AC who has not been the best with horses coming off a layoff. This might change because her once a week drills look good to me. A Player in a field that needs to beat Warren's Blossom. Limited Passion won a maiden race a month ago in a 40K maiden race....... a contender and she can step up and out run her odds which I think the public will overlook her. A interesting filly that just broke her maiden is Kahulu Mist trained by Chew and ridden by Brice. She exits a key maiden race which two horses came out of this race and won. The real deal is The Great  Atlantic who is a better router then sprinter and a better turf horse then a cushion track horse. She will be over bet!

I like two horse Including Wardo a new face from back east. He had a horrible outside post his last race and  now gets the ground saving rail. Both of his last races look better then what it looks like on paper! A first time starter looks live to me Parable by A. P. Indy trained by the women who gets them cranked out and ready to rock and roll...... Carla Gaines with the best turf rider Brice. His long morning work outs I just love to see because it tells me that she has him fit! The most logical choice a the one to fear is War Pilot'........ he stretches out and switches to the turf. He look great his last race but hung like a cheap suit!

Maybe Yes trained by Jerry Fanning is spotted for action and can reel in the speed tonight. I will bet him!

Race 4             One Mile Turf Optional Claimer

A wide open turf race for the condition of a optional claimer.

I like the rail filly who won her first race at Del Mar flying at the wire. She has the pedigree Smart Strike to relish the distance and surface to reel in the speed picking them off one by one to win. She will be the filly to be overlooked by the betting public.  Magicrooy is my pick.

Race 5            Seven Furlongs Maiden 32K

Dancing at Dark drops in this 32K Maiden. He was claimed by John Sadler and in the past has gas and has tactical speed as well. Looks like a single in the first leg of the pick six. Beware of Polly Dancer ans he cuts back in distance........ has good pedigree..... and modest works for a trainer who does not work them fast. Big Kiss should love the distance. His first race was with straight open maiden special weight....... his last race he made a move then flattened out. His third race should be his best race at 15 to 1 morning line odds. A real contender! I think the horse to fear is Doc Can Dance which was a highly fast maiden race and he got third. Any slight improvement puts him over the top!

I like two horses Rent Paid and the race sets up from him because there is a ton of speedster in this race............. Mega Heat might just smash this race because he has talent. He like Rent Paid is a closer who can reel in the speed at the wire!




Race 7             One Mile Turf Maiden Special Weight

Zohrah set blazing works and should have not lost his last race. "The bounce theory" plays into this pick........ but any improvement and he should win this turf maiden race at one mile. I have given up on Lea The Punisher who should have won races ago with his perfect trips.  Mutually Benefit looked great splitting the field in his debut.....and with a race under his belt makes him a player! The scary horse besides my top pick is Catchy Tune who is a fast sprinter and might just get brave on the front end ans wire this group.  I like the closer by  Catchy tune...........blue blood with a awesome trainers and jockey combo
