RACE 1

Bodaway just wins races.....He is fast...gets outside post and should able to handle the jump up in class. Red hot trainer and jockey combo........take the short price. D J Manlove is talented...He switches to the cushion track......do not dismiss this one for the win.....Justa Gusta was third to Bodaway ....needs to have Bodaway run a sub par race......and needs to step up.....Itsalwayssomething has the red flag around his neck......big time drop off a claim.....Bejarano takes the call on My Jealous......beware!....Bonde and Bejarano are hot as a trainer and jockey team.....first time in for a tag.....

A two year old filly maiden special weight. This field is talented......every filly looks bred to win early......Please check the tote board early for any action with the first time starters. Gagaoveryou bred by Zinsational has ultra fast works for trainer Julio Canani...........she is bred for pure speed....Her dad has speed......beware!

Jerry sends out My Lady's Holiday.....she is bred to win early..... South Sound cost a ton.....bred to win early....looks very live.

RACE 3

A cheap claimer at seven furlongs.......Streets Of Heaven gets the leading rider to make his eighth start of the 2013 season......which produced two wins...two seconds and a third.....He likes this track....expect a short price...will be over-bet.....I think he is better at this distance then route races he has run at......the one to beat.....trying to add a long-shot here with Man Chester.....it's a gamble.....but....

The pace looks to have Mr. Padre out on the front end early........He is rounding into form....someone needs to go with him....Marine Fog is cheap speed but speed is a major asset in this race....Dean ships him down.....He has the figures and bullet work......to outrun his odds.....Beware!

Man Chester Man needed time off.....He has the perfect stalking style to be near the front early.....gets a good outside post......His odds should be double digit....might need a race...

RACE 4

A high price turf sprint for three year old fillies.....good betting race.......each filly here has a legitimate shot to take down this group.......a very contentious six pack. Lady Katfish improved across town at Santa Anita....she comes back fresh with Bejarano on her........concern is her turf form......Myntz Connection looked very good winning a high price claimer on the cushion track....bred to like the turf.....looks like a major contender in this spot.....Love the pedigree ...daughter of Candy Ride runs on any surface. Joeandbetty'd Baby cuts back in distance and drops slightly in class......Her maiden win was awesome......She warrants respect.......Mike Puype has been red hot with horses on the turf. Bares Tripper gets the bug boy with weight off....lands the rail....She ran short in her comeback race....I expect major improvement.......I like her today...good odds.....as she adds the blinkers for the first time....should be more focus and relax for trainer Peter Miller.

A good maiden sprint race on the cushion track. Super Dice by Awesome Gambler looks tough to beat for trainer Kristin Mulhall......Saint Leo I bet last time......He looks like the speed of the horses that have run before......Honey Fever......anytime Smith jumps on a Bill Spawr horse...you know it is very live...He is bred to be quick from the blocks.......

Check tote for the first time starters!


Starry Shark is bred for speed and bred excellent at this level.....Brian Kornier is winning at a outstanding 33%.......watch out for this live....very live long-shot......Beware!

RACE 6

Top Kisser should win this race.....She has the speed and the outside draw to try to steal this race from gate to wire.....She will have to deal with a horse on my watch list Ricspretentiousgal who I expect Kevin will clear early from the rail......Top Kisser will be right behind her stalking .......relaxing then kicking clear turning for home. Freedom Reigns needed her last start up north.....She has the perfect closing style to win if Top Kisser runs a sub par race.

RACE 7

Paynter should win this race.......ultra nice works.......the class of the race....coupled with the lone controlling speed at seven furlongs.......looks long gone in this race......but there are two other's that I like.....Kate's Event.....super nice turn of foot late.....if Paynter runs a sub par race that he needs...then look to Kate's Event....and Majestic City who ran a prep race in the Grade 3 Los Angles....He was one of the top two year old's. He is now four....and do not dismiss this one for the win....Ellis had him pointed for this race.

RACE 8



Ted West drops Candy Trophy in for a tag......love the Candy Ride pedigree....third start here....ten starts....three wins and a third.....lightly race but has class......She gets a better post position......hung out to dry in her last start......Two back she was not beaten by much......Top Kisser won......she was three lengths behind her....Martin sticks with Candy Trophy a positive sign.....all systems look like a go.......

Lilly's Perfect claimed by Kristin....looks like a very good claim.......Bejarano takes the call.....
